Know what I am not willingly giving up this project to xaiomoge, I just do not want to ruin the author’s work and the visitor’s reading experience, that’s why I will let him have the project, for now. I will keep my eyes peeled on this project and whenever he drops it, is the day we will resume this project.

It was the greatest feeling ever to wake up to a piece of good news. I remember that day when I just woke up and checked my phone, then I saw this headline: SPIDERMAN IS BACK IN MCU!
You can’t imagine how happy I was when I read that news just when I got out of the bed, it definitely made my day. And what could’ve made my day better? Another GREAT NEWS! It was also later that day a leak that Ash Ketchum will continue starring in the next season of the Pokemon series was released.
I don’t normally translate in the weekend, other than editing and scheduling chapters to be published next week, at other times, I’d have nothing to do and translating manhua is good for killing time. Well, I do have a lot of games pending to be played, I actually haven’t been playing any game lately due to my busy schedule, perhaps I should take a nice break every once in a while to indulge in gaming…
Wew, this chapter is quite long. Took a while to edit. Anyways, we have 2 more chapters among this batch before we drop The Ancestor for good. For now, let me just congratulate the xaiomoge about winning the rights to continue the translation of this project. I sure hope you feel happy about it. Although it’s a shame what happened with The Ancestor of our Sect, that’s fine too, if we look at the bright side, now we can use the funding initially allocated to that project towards Not Sure, Another World or Female Knight & Dark Elf. Translating manhua is kind of fun, well, it could be because of the novelty. This is a fresh and new experience for me. And many thanks to Dex’s hard work for redrawing and typeset the many SFX and dialog in this chapter.
Work at Re:Library has been piling up and I’m afraid that I won’t be able to keep track with everything that’s been going around, so I believe it will be for the best if I divide the work among the teams. Starting from next week, I will have Robinxen take over the publishing of Demon Sword Maiden for me. You guys should already be familiar with him since he left quite a few comments in the chapters, and he’s a pretty sociable person too, so I believe that he is the best choice for this job. Treat him well y’all.
Bad news guys. Apparently, the official source of The Ancestor (iQing) is out of service due to uncontrollable factors. We have no idea when or if the site will ever become operational again. So, what does this mean for The Ancestor? Will the translations be put on hold? Will the author upload the chapters on a different site? Whatever the case, let’s pray for iQing to overcome these difficult times and restore their service.
Have you checked out the newest webcomic section in Re:Library? I’ve just recently been pulled by Deximus into translating a manhua and so, this will be the first webcomic collaboration project between Re:Library and TL;DR. The Rhapsody of Mulan actually already have 39 chapters scanlated (19 according to the previous scanlator), but I’m re-doing it from chapter 1 for personal reasons, low quality scans available throughout the net, bad translation in some chapters, and the worst offender is that the scans are not following the same chapter sequence as the raw.
Don’t mind me, just trying my hands at translating a manhua. I got pulled into it by one of my Editors. I’m just doing this as a side project, so don’t expect much. We probably would take a bit of time before catching up to chapter 40, so if you can’t wait that long, go ahead and read the scans from the other team~
Yeah, seems like poor Zzonkedd has gotten confused with the release date yesterday. I told him that he may submit chapter 13 and 14 now, then he be like, “Omg, I actually overslept until just now (6pm),” and hastily went to submit the chapter, thinking he was one week late.
Just a kind reminder to all the good kids out there, don’t sleep too long, and don’t stay up too late either, you’re gonna mess up your sense of time~
