Last time on AinCiel: With the welcome party over—and our sprite friends entertained off-screen—our younger princess finally asked for answers about the older princess’ weird interaction with the maid at the party. With this, information is safely shared between them, and the dawn of the next day arrives. Satisfied with their class choices, they arrive at their homeroom, awaiting the formal start of the day.
Now then, what will happen next? How long will homeroom be today? Will we learn what courses they chose? If so, will we be meeting new people as well?

I was doing this editing while listening to the Prisma Illya soundtrack, then I flipped over check danbooru for some artwork references for an artist working with my on a comm and a really pretty piece of magical girl art took my attention. Turns out it was some Overwatch skin?
So I went to compare it with the original design, and wow the magical girl was a big upgrade.
So I went and mentioned that in discord.
Then I remembered there was another situation like this, and I had to go looking, but I didn’t have to looking for it because behold! In my youtube recommendations was the thing I wanted to find, the Porter Robinson song done for the Star Guardian alt-verse for League.
So yes, my conclusion is that video games can instantly elevate a character’s design just by turning them into a magical girl. Do with this information what you will.

With the new Jurassic World movie approaching I finally set aside some time to find out when it actually releases and when it’s showing here so that I could prepare to watch it.
Anyway while I was in the middle of typing this I just saw a spider behind my computer monitor so now I have to work out how I can capture it because it is in a place that I can’t really reach without moving my entire desk. This is a bit of a dilemma so I am going to observe it for now while typing this completely blindly and hoping that it will move somewhere to the left a bit so that it will enter my capture range. The problem is if it moves up or down… because both those directions lead to other obstacles and it will be harder to see it if those routes are taken.
Future Me update: I managed to release it out the window. Happiness for everyone. As long as it doesn’t climb back in… Hopefully not, right?

They are heavy, take up space, and don’t really make practical change.
The only way of disposing them that I can think of is taking them to a self checkout machine and dumping them inside and hoping it will spit out reasonable change back?
Taking them to the bank would be too much hassle, but having this much space being consumed by a small container of useless coins is driving me mad. It is overflowing now.

One of my friends has decided to play Artificer in my D&D campaign. I am so happy to have an artificer at last.
It’s my favourite class, they absolutely need more love. I am so happy to see it get represented. Finally the love and care I put into my science fantasy nonsense can pay off.
There’s a lore justification to sending the party to Lantan too, so I can even use the lore I created for that place!!!!
They did also request a unique spell. So that was interesting. Just to match their inspiration source material.
I might have gone a little overboard on its features but considering one of the requirements of the spell is “using it in a selfless or benevolent manner” I think it will balance out.
