Robinxen’s AWOL Journal – Entry 1:

This chapter should go live on the 13th, but accounting for timezones it’ll actually be on the afternoon of the 12th for me.
This means it’s almost been 24 hours since Miku Expo started, and slightly less than 20 hours since it ended.
I’m currently in London.

I shouldn’t need to explain who Miku is right?

I’m actually going to attend with a few of my internet friends, but I don’t really care about those. Well except the one who I owe money too…should probably care about that. Don’t want to suddenly end up in legal trouble. Hahahaha.
The tickets are VIP too, so apparently we get some goodies. Personally I care more about this than the concert. Music isn’t really my thing.

I’m a bit anxious about the whole singing along and glowstick thing.
Wait, since this will post after the concert I guess it’d be was anxious?

Just some thoughts.

It was Christmas, so some friends and I looked for old cartoons celebrating it.
Did you know there’s a He-mana and She-ra Christmas Special?

Yes, we are dropping it, but not so soon. Before we go into that, however, I’ll explain why we are dropping it. First, we don’t get nearly as many views as we’d hoped for. Meaning, it doesn’t generate enough revenues. Second, not enough support on Patreon so I am basically still paying for the translation of this project from my own pocket. Along with the lack of views, this is basically a deficit.

And that’s why, we’re dropping Female Knight & Dark Elf for another Gender Bender project, but since we still have a few rare Patrons that supported Knight & Elf, I’ve asked for their opinion and we’ve all come to agree that we should pick up a new series indeed. There are some, however, who still wished to see the continuation of Female Knight & Dark Elf, so I made a compromise. We will continue to translate Female Knight & Dark Elf until chapter 100 before picking up the new series, and after that, I will have the translator focus on the new series while providing at least 1~3 chapters of Knight & Elf monthly based on his availability.

Hello readers.
I’ve already notified the people over at Another World’s chapter but I’ll do the same for you guys too.
Don’t tell the readers over there, but I consider you guys my true fans!

I’m going to be away at Miku Expo the coming weekend! Now this doesn’t mean much to you guys, since you’ll still get all your chapters at the usual time with the same editor notes and all that jazz. However, since I will be scheduling the chapters in advance this week it does mean that these little updates will be a few days out of date by the time you read them.

Since I usually schedule them the night before they post it means I can bring you up to date news and the latest of my shenanigans.
Unfortunately that’ll be impossible for the next batch of releases, I know, I’m sad too. I’ll do my best to give you something a little worth reading though!

I think my new Honkai addiction might be getting a bit out of control.
I hit Level 50 today, and that means I’ve unlocked almost all the functions apparently.

On the upside though, I actually have almost no interest in the gacha itself anymore. None of the characters really appeal, and I’ve never really been one to fixate on equipment. Well, that’s part of the reason why I struggle so much with many games though.
It’s all well and good having every character but if they’re poorly equipped then they don’t have much use.

Even in the face of that; I prefer to expand my roster. Equipment just doesn’t feel as rewarding.
“Oh yeah my sword glows now. Cool.” Feels lame compared to. “Oh man this new girl has a really cool finisher!”

I’m a bit upset that I missed the gacha for one of the characters I really wanted though.
I didn’t realise she was in the pool otherwise I would have been doing that gacha rather than the starter one.
I didn’t realise until it was too late and only had a couple of days left, even though I threw everything I could at it there just wasn’t enough time.

So, since I needed two things to write today I figure I’ll tell you all in advance, though I’ll bring this up on the Demon Sword releases too.
I’m going to be away next weekend (which is when I usually schedule chapters) and as a result will have to schedule the chapters in advance on Thursday.

Basically, you’ll be getting the equivalent of prerecorded messages for these posts. They probably won’t be as interesting.

So the new Babylonia OP…
The visuals were absolutely gorgeous, in terms of style it may be my all time favourite OP. Wonderful.
The song though…why the hell did they do a ‘quirky’ and ‘cool’ remix of the OP? The OP was awful anyway, and they just made it worse.

Well I have a lot of complaints about the latest Babylonia episode. Mostly due to stuff cut from the game though rather than actual problems with the anime.

PS. The second chapter should be up soon!

[New Series] PunishedLyly Brings You Two New Gender Bender Novels!

Punished who? Yep, It’s PunishedLyly, I’m sure some of you may already be familiar with him, but that’s none other than the main translator of Sucubbus’s Life in Another World! Those of you who joined us on Discord should already know him pretty well, after all, he is one of the most active ones in our Discord server. PunishedLyly has joined us since November 2019 and fully intending to revive the Sucubbus in Another World series, while bringing you Two as One Princesses and Life with a Tail!

While PunishedLyly will be publishing Sucubbus and Princesses himself, the publishing rights of the Life with a Tail will be left in the jurisdiction of Re:Library since that is what the translator himself has chosen. With that being the case, there will be no fixed schedule on Sucubbus and Princesses series, but we can promise you this, Life with a Tail will have a fixed schedule on Saturday and Sunday (GMT +8), at the usual time we publish The Female Knight & Dark Elf.
