I have having great fun on one of the discords I’m in.
A friend of a friend is having an amusing set of escapades.
One of their friends bought them coal for christmas.
But not just any old coal.
They delivered the first one to their mailbox (and waited for them to come outside before driving off).
But also hid a bunch of them round their house, like in their shower, glasses case, shoes and other places.
They’re still finding them live.
My friend almost convinced me to buy the latest Ace Combat game.
I’ve never played Ace Combat before.
I’ve never expressed any interest in it before.
I think it literally only came up because we discussed Idolmaster and by extension Bandai.
It’s truly a strange world we live in where things connect like that.
I am super sleepy for some reason.
Wait…
I don’t know why I said some reason, the reason is obvious.
It’s because I had to wake up early for Christmas because of family.
That was a bit dumb of me.
Well at least this made for a ramble instead of me just talking about how tired I am.
Enjoy my stupidity recorded.
Phew, having to write a short story in under 2 days was kinda stressful. I wanted to use the last two chapters to have an ending, but I ran outta time.
Today was Christmas proper for me.
After all that spam of christmas chapters.
I can’t wait to take a break and unwind soon.
Anyway I got a very interesting gift for christmas this year.
A ring light.
Girls will know it as that circle lamp used for doing your makeup.
Guys will know it as that light that’s used for illuminating you on webcam.
Of course, I got it for the latter reason.
All of the lights in my room are on my right, so my left side looks super shady on camera. This is my fix.
You know it’s actually Christmas now and I have to wake up in like……
6 hours to greet guests and stuff.
Yeah I’m not making the smartest life choices right now.
I got totally distracted today.
Sadly I found out some bad news.
I planned to buy myself some christmas art from a relatively famous artist but they have increased their price.
Which is, somewhat fair I guess… the yen is in freefall essentially.
So for them they need more yen.
And sadly the strength of the pound hasn’t increased by much lately.
So the price increase on their end is not countered by the drop in value of yen.
Net result is I have to pay more. Sad.
It’s kind of wild that I am scheduling this after the Christmas mass release.
For those that don’t know, I had to schedule 30 chapters of Maiden over the past few days for that.
And then I’m going straight into scheduling this.
So though the Christmas release is over, this not only is scheduled at the same time.
But also goes live on Christmas for me.
So it’s like the unofficial sequel as far as my side goes.
