Old News, I’m sure many anime fans are already aware of this, but Shield Hero is getting 2nd and 3rd season anime adaptation! YES!!! All we can hope is that there are 24 episodes per season for a total of 48 episodes. It’d be awful if there are actually only 12 episodes per season. I’d honestly be disappointed if that’s actually the case 😛

Looks like it’s still too soon to jump into the 2nd phase of Project Gender Bender, tried inviting a few translators, but we either received no reply or they still prefer to make their own blog the home base. Re:Library still do not have enough presence and popularity as some of the more popular sites out there so there is no appeal to the other translators out there.
The great Gender Bender Nation I envisioned is only my dream and it doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with the other translators. But that doesn’t mean I’m giving up. I will continue to build the foundation together with the patrons and one day, hopefully, the translators will come flocking to Re:Library on their own accord.

Demon Sword Maiden Chapter 76
Wew, 7th of September was probably one of the worst days of my life. Went to a neighbor country to pick up materials for work, after I picked up the materials and went to a different shop to buy tiles. It was then everything started to go wrong. The car malfunctioned and my phone battery dried up, I didn’t have a charger or power bank with me, and I also didn’t have much cash on hand after paying for all the work materials.
Had to run to the closest IT store to buy a USB-C charger with what I have left, find a place to recharge my phone, only to find the USB cable was not working (even though we did test it in the shop once), then I have to run back to the IT store to exchange the item. After my phone is charged for a few minutes, I had to call the mechanics, towing services, and transport back home. One whole day was wasted with no work done since I also had to call the workshop to take the materials back with them until my vehicle is fixed. Sob… The worst thing of all is that the 3 boxes of pizzas I ordered online and never got to buy.

Dragon Princess Chapter 12
As Phase 2 of Project Gender Bender, I’m actually thinking of inviting other like-minded translators who do Gender Bender series like me to host on Re:Library. Thus expanding our selection of Gender Bender webnovel and bringing us one step closer to the Gender Bender Haven we all desired.
One of the translators I’m thinking of inviting is Estelion Mamoritai who does Wiseman, Game Addict, and Afternoon Nap, but I seem to recall Estelion Mamoritai being a machine translator with bad English skills, that’s half of the reason why I stopped reading Afternoon Nap and refrained myself from reading Game Addict.
If I am to invite Estelion Mamoritai, I believe there is a need to hire dedicated translation checker and editor to manage his work before we can publish them on Re:Library. That seems like a lot of work and investment in itself, considering how many unedited chapters had Estelion Mamoritai already published. 😬
What do you think, should I make the call to invite Estelion Mamoritai or nay?

Demon Sword Maiden Chapter 75
I think I’m gonna switch the schedule around for a bit. From now on, I will be publishing Demon Sword Maiden on Tuesday and Wednesday, Dragon Princess on Thursday and Friday, then finally, Female Knight & Dark Elf will take up the slot of Saturday and Sunday.
Just a little bit more and we will be able to fill up our schedules for the entire week~ 😋
While that’s some great news, just imagine the workload for a single person to manage… it’s… terrifying… maybe I should consider hiring someone to do the editing and publishing parts for me in the near future…
P.S. Oh and I received some advice from a Wikia pro and modified the Demon Sword Maiden Wiki homepage based on his advice, I am very proud of how it turned out, please visit the Wiki page and take a looksie 😉

[New Series] Female Knight & Dark Elf
Remember the talk last month about hiring a Japanese translator to pick up a Japanese Gender Bender series? No? Well, don’t worry about it if you are new to Re:Library. I will fill you in on the details.
At Re:Library, we have initiated “Project Gender Bender” around late July. Our ultimate goal is to gather supporters on Patreon and use that money to hire translators that will pick up the ongoing Gender Bender series and keep the project alive while the original translator, namely me, will go hunt for new Gender Bender webnovel to translate.
However, since I am a Chinese translator, I cannot do anything about Japanese Gender Bender series, so when I happened to see a Japanese translator for hire, I chatted him up and somehow or another, the talk progressed to the point where I have now hired him to translate this series for me. Of course, since this is an unforeseen circumstance, I haven’t had the chance to gather any patrons to back up this project yet. In other words, I am paying for this series out of my own allowance.
I do plan to slowly gather patrons to support this series and will make the Patreon account available in the coming week. With my current allowance, I can only commission up to 2 chapters per week. Mainly due to the short chapters, the commission fees are also lower (but in reality, the fees for two chapters added together are actually higher than a single chapter with three thousand source word). However, only for the first two weeks, I will be releasing them in a batch of 5. That is an entire month worth of batch! So enjoy the read, and if you have the ability to, please support us on Patreon!

Demon Sword Maiden Chapter 73
I’m sure many has already heard the news surrounding Spiderman, but if you haven’t, I’ll break it to you. Spiderman might no longer be part of MCU due to a breakdown between Disney and Sony!
I am honestly disappointed that I won’t be able to see Spiderman spearheading the next generation of Avengers and taking up Ironman’s torch anymore.
If the deal does break down, I can guess some possible scenarios:
Marvel will bring back Tony Stark and create Iron Lad movie, making him Tony’s true successor. Then Peter Parker will pass EDITH to Iron Lad, thus Spiderman will no longer has anything to do with Avengers and MCU in general.
Then Sony will probably continue where Marvel left off, do a Spiderman-Venom crossover, and live-action Spiderverse.
It would be cool if they bring back the previous two versions of Spiderman and had Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, and Tom Holland meet.
Hey, those are some pretty sweet lineups if I do say so myself, but I probably shouldn’t give them ideas right? Else they might really do just that and the deal breaks down for real. I still prefer Spiderman being in MCU among all else.
Anyways, that’s enough rant coming from me, you’re not here to see me ranting but for the long awaited chapters of Demon Sword Maiden.
