Hiya~! Monday again today and you know what that means! AinCiel update! Yay~!
Last time on AinCiel: As our older princess observed the other examinees, a familiar face suddenly entered the room: the red-haired girl that was with the princess from several chapters ago. And despite showing a somewhat weird reaction at first, the red-haired girl simply went to her seat without any fuss. The written exam then started, which the younger princess answered and the older princess “adjusted” to be “only above average” relative to the other examinees. Yeah, she peeked at the other paper. And with that, the written exam was done and dusted.
Now then, what will happen next? What sort of test will our princesses face next? Will they be able to “cheat” each and every one of them safely? Or will there be some hiccup up ahead?

I have nothing really to type here to be honest…
Except maybe some thoughts on Heaven Burns Red’s story…
But I haven’t finished the latest story chapter yet so I will withhold comments and theories!

Instead, it is time for me to go to bed soon.

Oh, but I did get reminded of that amusing comment someone made once on a chapter of an older novel, complaining about my asinine commentary and trying to deconstruct my random musing footnotes as if I was trying to seriously critique the story I was reading or something.
I enjoyed the fact that they got downvoted quite a lot in the responses… I felt validated.

It’s been stormy here in the UK the past couple of days.
Luckily for me it’s not in my region at all, but it’s still been pretty windy.

I heard on the news it’s caused a lot of damage along the coast on the effected side though, and there have been plenty of accidents.
For the most part it’s just been cold and wet here though, nothing major.

I was hoping to be able to finish all the launch story content of Girl’s Frontline 2 today, but sadly I fell a bit short.
There’s one more level gate between me and the end of the story, and sadly I just didn’t quite have enough xp to make it over the line.

Well, I could have if I was willing to spend the gacha currency on refills… but I’m not heartless enough for that.
What if I need it to get girls I love later on?! I must hoard it all.

I am making solid headway into Girls Frontline 2, been having a lot of fun with it.
I’m level gated again, but I only have one story chapter left to go now.
After that I will be pushing to complete the harder difficulty event content.

Luckily it seems the event is tailored to account for the lower starting levels of players, because the harder content at least for now only goes into the Level 30’s, which is where I think I might be able to reach tomorrow or the day after. The problem then becomes the second half the event that unlocks in a few days…
Hopefully that follows a roughly equivalent scaling for level to time.
