Only Uncle Zhao and a few higher-ups at Shuguang Corporation knew about this, and the outside world only thought this corporation that was rather close with Shuguang Corporation.
Uncle Zhao directly got the government to hand the construction to Xinguang Construction, and the government side only announced that they handed it to a company of a friend of Zhao Junsheng. Although Xinguang Construction has not even been established for two years, the projects it has done could be seen, and it has already become a star construction company within the country.
Since there is a business that was willing to take these low-earning, slow return projects, of course the city governments were willing. Although Zhao Yanyan had already left the danger period and was in the process of recovery, the punishment that Chen Zelong received was far too small! The law can’t do anything to him, but I was able to teach him an unforgettable lesson!
If he could apologize and cooperate with the traffic police to solve the issue after hitting Zhao Yanyan, then I would have forgiven him, since he didn’t do it on purpose, it was a complete accident! However, I was unable to tolerate this kind of attitude of making a mistake then being completely unreasonable about it!

Before Li Zhengping said anything, a few more people arrived at the hospital. Supervisor Wang also saw the people that came in, he first blanked, the quickly went up and said, “Secretary Zhang, why did you come? Is it for the issue with Chen’s Corporation?”
The person that come was the deputy secretary of municipal party committee, hearing Supervisor Wang’s random question, he said in confusion, “What Chen’s Corporation?”
“It’s the Chen’s Corporation that is going to cooperate with our Yanjing city’s government to fix the bridge, their company’s second young master got his leg broken by someone!” said Supervisor Wang.
“Fix the bridge? Oh, I know, just leave this for now, I have urgent business to take care of!” said Secretary Zhang.
“Deputy Secretary Zhang, you can’t just leave this! Just now, Li Zheng Ping, this bas… Superintendent Li pissed off Secretary Chen from Chen’s Corporation, and they will withdraw the investments here!” Supervisor Wang quickly explained.

At first, he was trying to oppose her but it seems that he was broken on the way.
Crescent Moon also kept her eyes closed as much as possible, how adult.⌈1⌋
“Soon we’ll be close to Kouga village.”
After a long time, Crescent Moon opened her mouth and spoke with a low voice.
The dark corps’ stronghold, Kouga village, was located in the Mcbell territory.
……Hm?
Could it be that this “dark corps” has some connection to the “God of Darkness”?
“Kitora, do you know about the dark corps?”
“I do. They are the ones believing in one of the Gods of Darkness “The Wolf God” Skoll. Those guys are gloomy”
So it’s like that after all, huh?
Well, I wonder if it’ll be fine cause Kitora and they might be comrades.
Though I thought like that and advanced cautiously nothing really happened.
As we continued to followed the way we reached a deep mountain road.
A narrow road leading through a dark forest.
“It should be around here……”⌈2⌋
Although Crescent Moon was looking on the map she held in one hand with this poor light one wasn’t able to read it properly.
The only clue we had were the trails left behind by adventurers but we were hesitant to follow them as around here every one of them got lost.
“I go scout a little”
Pick got off her horse and began to run lightly.
As we didn’t have much of a choice we also got off our horses and took a break while sitting on stumps.
At some point, Pick came running back.
“I found some kind of opening”
As expected of a thief girl, she got a good nose or should I say she’s sharp-eyed?
We led our horses to said opening.
“This is a dungeon, right? It’s my first time seeing one.”
Knopf admired the entrance.
Honestly, though I pretended to be calm this was my first time as well and I was a little impressed looking at it.
The Dungeon’s entrance was considerably different from what I imagined.
How do I say this… I thought it would look more like a naturally formed cave but the real thing was clearly artificially made with a stone arch and stairs.
My seniors were looking inside fearfully while still admiring it.
“Hmpf, I see”
The dark priestess Kitora muttered as if she understood something and Crescent Moon who seemed to have regained her pace wore a joyful expression.
“That’s what one would expect of an S-type Dungeon. I can already smell the money”
It seems like she’ll vigorously rub her hands together at any moment.
At that moment I decided to ask her some things.

Oh well, we’ll somehow manage with these members.
Honestly, this would be the time where I would send someone like F inside first but I never talked about Akatsuki with F.
“Alright, shall we enter then? Pick an Crescent Moon, please go first. Watch out for enemies and traps. Next will be I and Kitora and the rear guard will be Knopf together with Bass and Drum. Don’t be careless either.”
As soon as we entered, it was completely dark.
I called the spirit the slamander Reus and chanted the incantation for the spell “Light”.
Soon a bright fireball was floating in the air and illuminated the area.
“You, you can use fire magic. Isn’t that convenient?”
Looks like only I thought that this fire ball looked like a will o’ wisp, everyone else didn’t think it’s wierd.
Knopf also used the same fireball spell and illuminated the back while I illuminated the middle.
Inside the dungeon the ceiling, walls and every road was made out of solid stone.
We walked along a narrow, straight road before we reached a crossroad.
I took something like a notepad and a writing utensil out of my pocket.
“What’s the matter, Akatsuki?”
“Ah, no, I just thought about sketching a map.”
I liked plenty old games so I bought old consols as well as old sofware and played some older RPGs.
As I bought them second-hand they were cheaper, they were tasteful and unexpectedly interesting.
Though the graphics were naturally s̲h̲i̲t̲t̲y it had a certain charm.
Unlike in recent games, mapping is absolutly necessary in those old games so I’m used to it.
“Mister sure is diligent. I always made sketches based on my memory after I left the dungeon.
That’s because you’re too careless.
Well, there’s the thing with the writing utensils as well.
It’s not easy to draw with ink and a quill in a place like this.
Actually, today I brought my secretly made pencil prototype with me.
There’s still room for improvement but it’s enough to draw a simple map.
“Shall we first take the right way?”
I tried to use the basic maze capturing methode, keeping your right hand on the wall.
After taking four sharp turnes to the right we suddenly reached a large room.
“This room is so large I can’t see the wall on the other side.”
As Drum-senpai said, the light did’t reach the other side of the room so it’s a considerably large room.
According to the basic capturing method I went along the right wall.
“Here’s nothing special, wha–?!”
Just as Crescent Moon said there wasn’t anything a black, long thing suddenly fell from the ceiling.
Looking at it, it was a 1 meter long, huge centipede.
It seems like the floating fireball scorched it while it was sticking to the ceiling resulting in it falling down.
Its myriads of legs were moving with a washa washa sound and its winding figure was grotesque to look at.
Furthermore, it seemed to be aggressive as it put up its head threateningly.
I could see its big fangs at its mouth.
“A large centipede, huh? It’s not a big deal but be careful, it has poison. If it bites you the place will swell and hurt.”
Kitora reacted to Crescent Moon’s words.
“It’s fine, if you get bitten I’ll cure you.”
As they saw Kitora’s strange smile Crescent Moon and the men swore in their hearts to be careful not to get bitten.
Pick carefully skewered its head and after Crescent Moon cut its still moving body in chunks it finally stopped.
“Phew, well, that wasn’t that bad, right?”
Bass-senpai said this in relief as he looked at this scene weirdly.
Even though he himself didn’t do anything he sure can talk well.
Well, I do understand that feeling though as I wouldn’t want to face such an enemy as well.
We just went around the room along the wall before we arrived at our starting point again.
“There was nothing”
Knopf said.
But we couldn’t check the middle yet as the room was too big.
As it couldn’t be helped, we decided to explore the middle with all members.
We were also careful of the ceiling this time――
“What the hell’s with thaaaaaat!!”
As we looked at the ceiling in the middle of the room it seemed to be painted black for an instant.
But if one looked closer one could see winding figures wiggling all over.
The moment Crescent Moon spotted them they dropped down all at once.
A staggering number of those centipedes from a while ago were crowding the ceiling.
“Uwaaa!!”
“Hiii!”
It’s just pandemonium.
Both Pick and Crescent Moon desperately swung their weapons but it’s just too many of them.
The best they could do is to prevent getting hit.
“Knopf, use magic!”
As I shouted that I chanted the incantation for Fire Wall.
Immediately a wall of flames emerges between us and the large centipedes.
The centipedes caught in the wall struggled while they burned then one could smell the stench of burning insects.
Then Knopf’s successive chants of fireball exploded on the centipedes which fell and made them wriggle on the floor.
“I, is it over?”
Crescent Moon lowered her weapons as she was relieved.
The seniors were also disheartened.
“My, nobody got bitten? You’re unexpectedly skilled.”
Nobody reacted to Kitora’s joke.
“Head, if this is what happens in the first room, what will happen inside the others then?”
Even if you ask me, I don’t know!
The South desolate region and Terra Empire each possessed several tens of thousands of miles of territories. In addition to two more areas as big as the Terra Empire, that was the entirety of the Southern area of the immortal’s mainland. Legends had it that even the celestial deities would have a hard time entering those unknown regions.
People couldn’t help but exclaim in admiration, the world of immortals was vast and boundless. It was impossible for an ordinary man to tour the whole world for a lifetime. It was unknown just how much bigger it was compared to the mortal world.
These three days, Xiao Chen was taking advantage of the ample resources from the major clans that tried to rope him in and received information on the enemies outside of the city. The people who wanted to kill Keke was a male and female tiger-kin. They are currently waiting for a powerful figure called the Fierce Tiger, otherwise they wouldn’t even dare to appear in front of Draco.
Reportedly, they came from an exceptionally ancient clan. Their veins flow with the blood of the White Tiger. The aforementioned clan possessed great influence even in the boundless Middle Earth. Moreover, the most frightening part was that, very few knew where this extremely mysterious clan was hiding in Middle Earth.
This time, the tiger woman and tiger servant did not bring the White Tiger to the South for the warbeast competition, it just happened to coincide with the occasion. They never expected that the White Tiger would die in a place like this, how could they not be furious?
The tiger woman wanted to kill Keke. As a result, she was forced to lose face at the Amber Warbeast Castle instead. The tiger servant also wanted to make his move, but he was frightened by Draco. Otherwise, with his existence, you guys will never be able to manifest your potential to the extreme limit!”
Although Keke and Tenax were unable to budge an inch, they could still move their mouth as they let out a furious snarl. And the Azure Dragon King was also letting out a dragon roar, which shook the vast sky.
“Forget it, I am not so heartless as to let you guys kill him with your own hands.” Speaking until here, Draco’s ice-cold eyes gradually became gentler as he continued, “Be at ease, I won’t kill him personally either. I will just leave him at the Celestial City to let him destroy himself.”

“If I let Chen Zelong go just like this, that’s causing problems for the nation’s law! As for the person that hit Chen Zelong, I will also do it by the books, you have no right to interfere!” said Superintendent Li.

“Together? What do you mean together?” Superintendent Li was even more confused.
“Don’t you know each other?” The doctor asked.
“Who do we know? We just spoke with this young man just now, there wasn’t anything on the side?” Superintendent Li also asked.
“I’m talking about him!” The doctor pointed at me and said.
“What?” Superintendent Li pointed at me with his eyes wide open and said, “You are…”
“I am Zhao Yanyan’s boyfriend,” I smiled. It looks like Uncle Zhao has already called the higherups here.
“Then the young lady that was hit inside is…” Superintendent Li opened his mouth in shock.
“She’s Zhao Yanyan,” I said.

As there is no healer in our party isn’t this quite good?

As she said so Kitora’s mace was surrounded by a black sphere.
Then she started chanting while covering the wound with one hand.
Something like black fog gradually flows out of her palm and appears to cover the wound.
As they stood with their backs turned towards me I couldn’t see much.
“Uwaaaaaa!”
Crescent Moon and Bass who watched suddenly jumped backwards while screaming.
While hugging each other they looked at Kitora’s face as if they were looking at something unbelievable.
They weren’t able to speak out of fear, but what could have…….
Just when I thought that, Kitora slowly turned this way.
“I’m don–”
“Uwaaaao!”
I also unintentionally raised a surprised voice.
Because Kitora’s eyes — the part which should be white turned black so her whole eyeball was shining black.
Scary, too scary.
This is something right out of a Horror movie.
Pick also opened her eyes wide in surprise, only Knopf was curious and started to talk in an interested manner.
“Those eyes are amazing”
“Aah, this? Wait a minute”
As Kitora said this she slowly closed her eyes and held her hands over her eyelids for a bit.
After waiting a bit she slowly opened her eyes again and the original beautiful Priestess (of Darkness though) stood there.
“About this, this is kind of like a side effect of having signed a contract with the God of Darkness in particular.”
“Side effect?”
“Right. Even though I say it’s the God of Darkness there isn’t just one. There are many Gods. Among them, I’m serving Gladis also called “the God of War”. You see this ball, right?”
As Kitora uttered this she raised her Mace and showed us the ball which was attached to the handle.
“This stone is called hematite and symbolises the God of War Gladis. It’s also known as “Blood Stone“. And the same thing is embedded here–”
While saying this she pointed at her own forehead.
A gem with a black lustre was certainly displayed there.
So it is embedded?
Didn’t that hurt?
By the way, it’s absolutely impossible for me to get a piercing.⌈4⌋
“This Hematite is the proof that I made a special contract with Gladis. My power is greatly strengthened by this contract. Additionally, thanks to this I’m able to use some spells even if I don’t have a ball at hand⌈5⌋ . On the other hand, when I’m using spells they make my eyes look like hematites. It’s only temporary, though”
After she finished explaining to Knopf she turned towards me.
“You asked me why I want to enter the dungeon, right? There are two reasons.”
She put up her index finger after she said this.
“Firstly, there’s a new dungeon and it’s an S-type so there should be various types of monsters inside, right? If I find a good one there I want to make it my familiar as a substitute for my skeleton. As you’re the ones who broke them you’ll naturally cooperate, right?”
After she teasingly laughed after finishing her sentence she put up the next finger.
“Secondly, I can’t tell you the details now but I want to investigate something. This might be involved in your own investigation. How is it, do you think you would lose anything if you take me with you?”
Yeah, her healing spells are surely attractive.
That spell is slightly scary if I think about having to watch her eyes turn black every time.
But, well, normally she’s just a book girl, normally that is.
“Akatsuki~ stop it. I’m kind of crept out. It’s just……that.”
Crescent Moon said so while looking towards Knopf for an instant.
Looks like she’s still bad at dealing with Knopf.
Unexpectedly Crescent Moon seems to be bad with things like that unlike what her image makes one belief.
Although she’s someone who likes to mess around with people she herself is actually bad with this kind of stuff.
“That’s right, Head, it’s like big sis said.”
“I will follow your decision, Head. She skilfully cured the wound.”
Bass-senpai objects and Drum, well, I guess he reluctantly agrees.
“What about Pick?”
“Anything’s fine. Something like a Priest of Darkness serving “The God of War”, honestly, that sound pretty cool”

Pick doesn’t actively agree nor oppose, huh?
Though she looks like a little girl but she’s still a female thief, she got guts.

Seeing my anger, Chen Weier didn’t dare to say anything, and merely walked over to squat beside Zhao Yanyan.
“What happened!” I asked coldly. I glared at the culprit’s car, it was a brand new Mercedes s600, on it was Liu’s Car Shop’s logo, so it was a person that have come to try out a car that hit Zhao Yanyan.
“I’m… Sorry, Director Liu, it’s my fault…” The accompanying driver said to Liu Yue with a tremble.
At this moment, Liu Yue’s face was already full of tears as she felt extremely guilty. Seeing that the accident was caused by her car shop, she felt even more guilty.
“This is an issue? F̲u̲c̲k̲, didn’t I just hit someone, is there a need to act like this!” At this moment, the young man with a cigarette in his started speaking. He cockily threw the rest of the cigarette onto the floor, stamped on it to extinguish it and continued, “I hit the person, say it, how much?”
Hearing that, I even had an intent to kill. Dragons have scales, if you touch those, you die, and Zhao Yanyan is my greatest scale! I thought about it, then calmed myself, this was a busy district, if I kill someone, it will bring about a lot of unnecessary trouble.

I threw the bar to the side, and said calmly, “Scream for what, didn’t you just have two broken legs, how much do you want, say it.”
“You… You…” The cocky young man was already unable to speak from the pain, as someone who has been spoiled since birth, when has he felt this sort of suffering!
“I what! Okay now, the ambulance is here, are you going to the hospital or not? If you don’t, then I’ll carry my wifey there!” I laughed coldly and said.
“Wait… Wait! I’m going! Bring me there!” No matter how cocky the young man was, he couldn’t help but give in, since his life was the most important, by saving his life, everything was fine!
After Zhao Yanyan was brought to the hospital, they directly pushed her into the operation room.
I felt like I spent days or even years outside the operation room while Chen Weier comforted me on the side. Although I knew that Zhao Yanyan was fine in my heart, without seeing Zhao Yanyan come out, I was unable to relax.
“Who is the patient’s family member?” A doctor is a white gown walked out from the operation room.
I hurriedly stood up and said to the doctor, “I am!”
“What is your relationship to the patient?” The doctor asked me after looking at me.
“I’m her husband!” I said.
“Oh!” The doctor nodded and said. “The patient has a head injury, there is a blood clot inside, we have to take it out with craniotomy, this is the consent form, look at it, if you agree, then we’ll immediately prepare for the operation!”
“Is there danger… I mean what is the success probability, and is there any side effects?” I asked.

As for a scar, I’m not scared, the healing ability out of my powers can heal wounded skin, causing it to turn like it’s new.
After I signed my name on the consent form, the doctor returned to the operation room.
Just when I sat down and prepare to rest for a while, a few policemen barged in. After seeing me, they said, “You are suspected of wounding with intent, please come with us to the police station for the investigation!”
I looked over at them, then immediately understood, it seems like the person I beat up had some background, otherwise, the police wouldn’t have come so quickly.
“The brat with the broken leg called you over, right?” I said calmly. “Yeah, I hit him.”
“Oh? Since you admit it, then come with us! Xiao Zhang, take him away!” The tall police in the lead ordered.
“Wait!” I said. “My girlfriend got hit by a car, she’s having an operation done!”
“You! I’m telling you, you must come with us! I’m on a mission!” The police called Xiao Zhang said.
“Then arrest the culprit that hit her first!” I said coldly.
“You! Do you know who you hit?” Xiao Zhang glared at me and said.
“Alright now, Xiao Zhang, wait till after the operation!” The police in the lead waved his hand and said to Xiao Zhang. “What do you mean who he hit, where did you get so much b̲u̲l̲l̲s̲h̲i̲t̲ from, no matter who, we have to do it by the books!”
“But, Superintendent Li, this was ordered by the city’s police department, this Young Master Chen is a Hong Kong businessman, and came to survey their investments, we should take care…” Xiao Zhang muttered quietly.
“Shut up! Are you the superintendent or am I the superintendent? City’s police department? Do you want to go over me?” The police superintendent, Superintendent Li, said in displeasure.
Then he turned his head and said to me, “We are just investigating the citation, since there’s a special circumstance, then let’s take your statement here!”
Since I saw that this Superintendent Li was a rather just person and not like some officials that admired foreigners, I got much less angry, thus I said, “Alright, what do you want to ask.”
“It’s like this, according to the victim, you used a metal fence to break the victim’s leg, a lot of witnesses were there, it can be said that there is solid proof, do you have any explanations for this?” Superintendent Li asked.
Thus, I told him about how that cocky Young Master Zhang crashed into Zhao Yanyan and how he spoke without any sort of restraint.
“Anyone would get angry because of this, if you look at the situation, it’s understandable that you did that, but not by law!” Superintendent Li said helplessly after hearing that. “Actually, this isn’t that major of a deal, but it isn’t minor either, if both sides were normal civilians, we would just talk it over and settle it in private. The problem is that the other side is a Hong Kong businessman… Furthermore, this Young Master Chen, is the young master of Hong Kong’s Chen’s Corporation, and has come to survey potential investments, if the cooperation succeeds, it would bring a lot of benefits for the mainland’s economy, thus, the higher-ups are paying very close attention to this. Now that Young Master Chen got hurt, the higher-ups immediately got us, police, strict orders to deal with this heavily…”

Zhao Yanyan continued, “So it’s like this… Liu’s Car Shop, I was wondering why it was so familiar, haha, Liu Lei, Liu Yue, this Liu’s is great!” With that, tears flowed down like flowing water.
This was the first time Zhao Yanyan had made such a scene ever she was with me. Although I didn’t understand the reason, I knew that this must be related to Liu Yue. Thus, I quickly gave Liu Yue a cue for her to speak a bit less. Liu Yue glared at me and mouthed, “You owe me a favor!”
I faint! This was clearly all caused by her, yet she’s making me owe her, does she think that I’m an easily deceived generous person! However, I had no other choice at the moment, I’ll leave everything till after I comforted Zhao Yanyan!
Thus, I hurried over to hold Zhao Yanyan, and said softly, “Yanyan, this car shop does have my investment, but it’s not what you think! We’re only cooperating!”
“You’re lying!” Zhao Yanyan choked. “I don’t object you finding other women, but just not her!”
“I… Yanyan, there really isn’t anything going on between her and I!” I said anxiously.
“I don’t believe you!” Zhao Yanyan said as she pushed away my hands and ran off while crying. Zhao Yanyan’s heart did actually accept Liu Lei’s explanation, even though he was a bit fickle in love, he never lied to her, and just say whatever was true! However, Zhao Yanyan still felt terrible in her heart!
As Liu Yue looked at the sad Zhao Yanyan, she didn’t know why, but she lost her animosity that she had before. Instead, it was replaced by a feeling of her unable to beat it all! Thus, she said, “Liu Lei, did you go dumb, what are you blanking out for, hurry up and chase her!”
I momentarily blanked, then immediately chased.
However, when I ran to the entrance of the car shop, I heard the sharp sound of a car breaking, followed by the sound of a crash…
My heart suddenly tightened as a terrible feeling surged up into my heart!
I swiftly ran out of the car shop and saw Zhao Yanyan lying in the car park not far away. Her face was stark red, the corners of her mouth was full of blood. Not far from her was a Mercedes, beside the car was a young man with a cigarette in his mouth that was frowning as she watched Zhao Yanyan on the floor.
“Yanyan!” I yelled and ran over, then immediately kneeled onto the floor! My mind was completely blanked! Just how did I die for in my previous life, and why did I get reborn! This was all because of Zhao Yanyan, it could be said that she was my everything, if anything happened to her, what meaning is there to my life!
“Yanyan, what happened, don’t scare me!” I grabbed hold of Zhao Yanyan and said with a tremble in my voice.
History changed, it changed completely! It will never develop according to the original track! I was no longer the transmigrated person that can predict the future!
At this moment, Chen Weier and Liu Yue also rushed over. Seeing Zhao Yanyan’s appearance, they freaked. Liu Yue’s tears immediately dropped, she kneeled beside Zhao Yanyan and chocked, “Zhao Yanyan, sorry! It’s all my fault… Don’t be angry, actually, there’s nothing between Liu Lei and I… I… I just wanted to compete with you… I’m wrong… I’m begging you, don’t scare us!”
Chen Weier was a bit calmer, she quickly took out her mobile to call the police and then the ambulance.
“I… I don’t blame you!’ Zhao Yanyan struggled to open her eyes and said forcefully to Liu Yue, “Go… Go away for a moment, I… I have a few words I want to say alone with Liu Lei…”
Liu Yue and Chen Weier looked at each other after hearing it, then silently walked to the side to find the driver responsible.
After seeing the two people walk away, she turned around, and said to me with a soft and reluctant gaze. She reached out her hand and tried her best to touch my face, but she was unable to msuter the strength. I quickly grabbed hold of Zhao Yanyan’s hands and put it on my face, “Yanyan, don’t say anything, the ambulance is coming very quickly, hold on for a while, you can go to the hospital very quickly!”
“No… I have to say it! I’m scared that if I don’t say it… I… won’t have the chance to!” Zhao Yanyan said softly. “There’s something, I always wanted to tell you, but you were no longer there… Director Liu, that day at the hospital, I said to you, I will marry you at all cost…”
Hearing the words that Zhao Yanyan said, I was completely shocked! I was no longer there? Director Liu? Hospital?
This was something I couldn’t be even more familiar with, it was what happened before I was reborn! How did Zhao Yanyan know?

“Yanyan!” I screamed!
My mind was in a state of utter chaos, why was it like this? Yanyan was reborn as well? Then what about that Zhao Yanyan in my previous life?
Yet now, I couldn’t think about that at all! What I was most worried about was Zhao Yanyan’s safety! Whether or not Zhao Yanyan was reborn was no longer of importance to me, regardless of which Zhao Yanyan, she is the love of my life! I will not permit anything to happen to her!
All of a sudden, I remember that my subordinate, Du Xiaowei had once gotten heavily wounded when he was on a bodyguard mission, and was near death, my martial nephew Jiaoyazi had used his powers to save him! The powers I had were of the same kind as Jiaoyazi, furthermore, the powers I had were above his, then doesn’t that mean I can use the same method to save Zhao Yanyan!
Although I couldn’t be sure that my method would definitely work, there was no harm in trying. Even if my powers don’t work, it won’t have any side effects after entering someone else’s body, at least before the ambulance arrives, I have to try!
I held Zhao Yanyan’s hand and slowly sent my qi into Zhao Yanyan’s body. The qi fused with Zhao Yanyan’s body without any accidents, thus I used the methods that Jiaoyazi taught me to heal Zhao Yanyan’s wounded nerves and organs.
Very slowly, under the influence of my qi, Zhao Yanyan’s body begun to heal, her breathing also calmed down. However, my ability was unable to deal with everything perfectly, even Jiaoyazi couldn’t.
Even so, it was enough for Zhao Yanyan to hold on until the ambulance came. I put Zhao Yanyan down lightly and said to Chen Weier, “Weier, take care of Yanyan for a bit.” Then I stood up, and walked to the culprit of this accident with blood shot eyes.
