With the reorganisation of my light novels and anime collection now officially complete…
I can say I need to re-reorganise them.
As I feared, there is no space for more light novels in their current configuration.
This is a marked improvement over the previous arrangement though, where I just had piles of light novels around my room which I had to move once in a while.
They are now all on shelves, which is great. But there’s no room for more of them…
So what I think I need to do is remove the anime figures from their current shelves and put them on one of my larger shelves.
Although this will reduce their displayability, it will let me use the display shelves for storing the light novels that need less thick shelves.
Genshin 3.2 is almost upon us!
Apparently the pre-install is 8GB or so, according to what was said on discord.
Wow.
Anyway, Happy Halloween everyone!
Some of you are probably like “it was halloween yesterday you fool!”
Which may be true, but for me it’s Halloween today!
Not that it matters much, the kids ate almost all the snacks today.
Hopefully there are still some to hand out tomorrow.
The latest gigguk video reminded me of that time I almost wrote and created a visual novel.
I wrote the common route and the outline for two of the four girls.
I think it was four girls…
My memory is hazy.
The entire thing was about AI girls though, and it had two endings per girl.
Neither ending per girl was bad though, it was just that the same choice was presented at the end with different outcomes.
These next couple of chapters while editing actually caused me to read ahead.
It’s actually pretty rare for me to want to read ahead, usually because I like editing and giving my opinions on things at the same time.
If I read ahead it means I’ve already read it by the time I do my editing pass.
So yeah sorry guys, this was a big cliffhanger and I went ahead of you all. No shame.

I did some reorganising of my light novel and other related anime collection shelves today to try and fit everything on.
On one hand I succeeded.
On the other hand I realised I messed up half way in my choices of arrangements.
I used my really large shelf for storing some manga and light novels.
While I used my bookshelves to store my anime figures.
For what I currently have, this is very presentable.
The problem is I can’t fit any more light novels, manga or figures on any shelf in this configuration.
So when I get more books I will have to swap the shelves they’re on to make space.
Oh well.
Depending on where you are in the world it may be Halloween today.
Actually for me Halloween is tomorrow, but this site is many hours ahead so…
It won’t be Halloween for me when this goes live, but it will for some people.
At least I can copy and paste this for tomorrow’s chapter of Maiden.
Saves me having to come up with a pre-chapter ramble!
