I should have had this done over an hour ago but I saw that Lumi had a livestream uploading so…
I ended up waiting around to watch that.
Yes, I mean that AI motion captured physics engine tech demo from Hoyo.
Look I want to see where my gacha money is going okay!
And it looks like it’s still in good hands.
So I’ve been playing the new Girls Frontline event, skipping story because I’m still behind…
And I can’t finish it!
The last level is literally unbeatable.
I googled and apparently I need a “Heavy Ordnance Corp” or something?
Annoyingly I get that at the end of the next chapter, but I’m still trying to fight way through Arctic Warfare.
This morning when I turned my lamp on it flickered a lot, and then for the rest of today it’s been completely normal.
So now I don’t know if I am going insane or not.
Isn’t that fun.
I think it was probably just the way I had my lamp twisted to face better for reading in the morning, instead of over my desk in general to light up this side of my room.
Is anyone else really annoyed by twitter’s new feed system.
The old style with the button was a little annoying, but at least it would remember when I set it to show latest.
Now it just defaults back to the algorithm feed every time I open twitter, and I have to switch it over.
It’s really annoying when I just want to check it every so often between other things instead of just leaving it open.
Also Wikipedia got a new layout.
It’s horrible. So much unused space. The only good thing it had was the content menu scrolling with you now.
But the rest is terrible.
I have been hard at work dissecting the rulebook for the Star Trek Adventures so I can run the RPG for my friends.
I have decided they will be using the Norway Class vessel USS Valkyria NCC-64947.
Naturally of course the 47 there is 42 adjusted for inflation.
Now I just need to continue learning what the rules actually mean, building my cheat sheets for reference, and then going back to the plot drawing board.
I have a few “episodes” of adventures in mind, but I need to pick one to really flesh out.
