I need to find some good harem light novels that are easy to read for the train trips to and from work.
Each one is just under an hour in total, so that’s the perfect amount for a vaguely episodic LN like Grace of the Gods or Isekai Smartphone.
The problem is I’ve already read those two…
Hmmm but buying Isekai Smartphone or Grace of the Gods again wouldn’t be a bad way to support J-Novel Club…
But it’d be like 100+ to buy all of Isekai Smartphone again…
I honestly almost forgot to schedule these entirely.
Work really takes it out of me on Monday’s.
I also forgot to print something for tomorrow so I hope I remember to do it in the morning.
So I finished the new No Man’s Sky expedition in a couple of days and it was so underwhelming.
There wasn’t any real lore behind it despite the apparent narrative focus of climbing back into the galaxy after being stranded by pirates.
Or the threat of not following them being totally empty.
And the fact that all you do is find some treasure and then it… ends.
So today’s episode of Otome Mob was… okay I guess?
It was supposed to be one of the most hype scenes but the character animation kept drawing me out.
Everything felt either stiff or unnatural.
Not sure why they went with this style at all.
Anyway I’m gonna keep sticking with it because it’s my favourite light novel at the moment.
After that absolutely shocking and unpredictable plot twist last chapter let’s see how things progress.
I mean who could have seen it coming?
Also how much further will this author go?
It is a grand mystery only the Chinese readers could tell us.
So apparently at the end of last year they made some knockoff sequel to How To Train Your Dragon set some time in the future…?
Like what?
Sure switching the timeline to the modern day gives some really interesting takes you could do.
But they just rehashed the entire first movie?
That’s so weird… so weird…
Especially when their other spin off content was pretty good.
I was about to watch Otome Mob and give my impression
But then a friend messaged me asking me to watch it with them later.
So sadly I can’t give you my opinion on how the episodes are going.
Well I’ve seen the first episode and read the novels still.
I love the novels, the anime has been eh so far.
So the current piece of art I have in production is my OC (Eleanor) as a child.
And the artist is doing it in a gacha style.
So she looks like you just summoned her on a mobile game.
It’s very cute and very moe.
I’m excited to see the finished version.
I got my friend into satisfactory.
He’s…. a mess at organising.
It’s like a more chaotic version of my first time playing.
Like I literally reorganised into a factory quite early on.
Not the best organised factory, but a functional one.
However my friend hasn’t even touched foundations yet and he’s making steel.
So I did end up buying Planet Crafter.
I played a couple of hours today and I’ve almost completed the first major terraforming milestone.
I’ve been kind of bottlenecked by my difficulty find Aluminium.
So I’ve started dismantling my original base to move it further up the map to where there are better resources available.
I think I’ve found a place where aluminium is, but it might have been dropped there by meteors and I’m wasting all my time.
I’m doing this editing while also streaming a tabletop RPG.
My multitasking is terrible too.
Yes this is all a mess, but that’s what happens when you forget your own schedule.
Hopefully the quality drop isn’t obvious…
Here are your chapters!
I hate buying lunch for tomorrow in advance.
Because I get really hungry knowing I have food available.
But I also know I can’t eat it because I need it for tomorrow.
Please end this torture!
Why is work so terrible?!
I’ve literally been sat here an hour staring at this blank text box.
I don’t know why.
Every time I went “I need to think of something to type” I just started doing something else.
It would appear I am easily distracted tonight.
Maybe it’s because of work?
