I would like to offer my opinion on the Bayonetta situation.
Hellena Taylor is scum.
To not only lie by omission, but also attempt to drag someone else through the mud for it…
The worst kind of scum.

Using a genuine issue in the industry to create clout for yourself?
Scum.

Terrible person.
So glad I’m not a fan of this “blockbuster” niche franchise.

I started trying to read an original English web novel yesterday and the writing was so painfully cringe it was horrendous.
Look I’m all for overpowered self insert fantasy fulfilment novels.
In fact they might even be my favourite type.

But there is something seriously wrong with your writing if the third chapter has a woman share a bed with the protagonist within an hour of them meeting, and then suddenly develop some weird dependency on the protagonist within a day of them meeting.
It’s just bad character writing.
Anyway, wouldn’t recommend it.
