But it dries my eyes out so much…

I hate sitting right next to it, I can’t even use it as an armrest when it’s on!

I started another chapter of Reverse Collapse today.
I learned to my great pain that the game does not record your performance for restarted levels if you use the restart on the final mission screen.
I got an S rank first round but I didn’t get the collectible, so I went back in and just went straight for it, getting me an A rank on my second go.
My final result for the mission was A instead of S…

Pain!
Oh well, I can use the Replay feature when I finish the chapter.

So OffKai dropped Nijisanji.
Laughing so hard at the replies to the tweet, Nijisanji is famous for taking eons to respond to things, and the fans are angry that the convention took a while to respond to things.

Yeah the decision was made two weeks ago and only announced today. But you know what.
The decision to do something and getting all the paperwork done are totally different, they would have had contracts and things in place with Niji that would need to be closed, and any compensation or other details would have needed confirming.
Just because I decided to buy insurance today doesn’t mean it would be done tomorrow!

Anyway, Nijisanji reputation is truly down the drain now, it’s effecting their talents ability to operate.

I can’t believe that a couple of people in a discord server try to lecture me on running Dungeons and Dragons because I said that you couldn’t have a Warforged in the context of Faerun. Which is Forgotten Realms. The one Baldurs Gate is set in.

That’s… an experience.
Also one of them had the weirdest take on it all.

Who needs class identity apparently? A cleric doesn’t need a god, warlocks don’t need patrons, sorcerers can get powers from whatever they want!
Are you even playing those classes if you strip the class identity? What benefit do you get stripping a class down to its numerical functions?

Some of the stuff they brought up was fine, like firearms fitting into the setting. Yeah that’s not strictly by the book but it makes sense in the setting.
But I just cannot understand their logic with the rest, it’s like they have a total disconnect between the function of the mechanical rules and the flavour of lore. Instead of seeing how they’re meant to feed into each other.

I’m all for customising your setting, but it seems weird to take something so integral to the history of the Realms and chop it out, when it would be easier to adapt one of the many other settings, or just homebrew their own.

This saddens me, because it feels like that random commenter from a while ago is achieving victory.
The one that complained about my personal footnotes.
Also that other guy who treated my random jokes as if they were serious comments about the novel.

Speaking of comments. My most upvoted and most downvoted comments on this site are on the same chapter.
The chapter where the term “illegal oneesan” was coined for Not Sure, Another World.
I made a joke about finding the protagonist revolting, which got mass downvoted, and then when I explained to someone who maliciously slandered me that it was because I am a lolicon I got mass upvoted.
