Chapter 900!
That’s insane!
Assuming we do a Christmas release batch we’ll reach 1000 before the end of the year!
If not then it’ll be at the start of next year.
Which is equally as crazy to think about when you consider it’s literally getting on for the final quarter now.
I forgot that I have a video meeting tomorrow.
Oh boy, that’s gonna be fun.
I’m not looking forward to that one at all.
Well, at least I will get it over with, I need to remember when it is though.
And remember what service the video meeting was on… why are there so many softwares for that now?
I was originally going to talk about how the Neural Cloud stuff is a really interesting case study in gacha game management.
Anyway, it’s just the first time I’ve seen a schedule like they’re using.
Not only are they blitzing through the original servers content, but they’re also releasing things in a different order.
We’ve had events feature characters not released yet.
We’ve had characters released before their events.
We’ve had one character release an entire six months early.
Like, they’re on a race to get through the backlog of content at an unhealthy speed.
And I’m back!
So, yesterday was the end of our daily chapter month, and this means that today is back to regular programming!
We have two chapters for you today, and two more tomorrow. Just like it used to be.
Hurray for normalcy!
Although it probably doesn’t feel any different yet for you since it’s still daily…
This is the last of the daily chapters!
Sort of…
Well there will be chapters tomorrow and the day after too so they’re technically still daily, but those are part of our return to our regular release schedule.
From this point forward normalcy shall be restored!
That means two chapters two days a week for a total of four.
Which is only a slight reduction from seven, but it’s the fact they’re bundled that’s significant.
Anyway, it’s been a wild month, I hope you’ve all enjoyed this dump. I for one am looking forward to the revenue results.
As we near the end of our month long daily spam, I’d like to take a moment to reflect.
Not really, I just struggled to think of a ramble again. Sort of.
So this pre-chapter ramble is more like a warning to people that this daily release is something that was limited to this month.
No we will not be extending it, after this month ends we will return to the regular release rate.
Which, to be fair, is still four chapters a week so it’s not a massive loss.
I hope you’ve all appreciated this release schedule while it lasted.
I actually have no idea what to write for this ramble.
Well, I do have ideas but I don’t have the energy to write some of them and others feel too stale.
So I guess I lied in a way.
To be honest expecting me to come up with so many rambles is kind of insane, but then I guess it must be possible.
There are people who update their social media every hour like their lives depend on it, so it must be possible.
I have to give credit to youtubers who can somehow make videos like this daily and never run out of topics.
Apparently there are rumours of a new superconductive material.
Well it hasn’t been verified yet, but if it’s true then technology might progress suddenly again.
It’s a big deal to be honest.
We’d be talking about computers that can operate at their maximum output and barely start overheating.
I had to sleep early last night and get up early today, so I think this will go live a bit later than I originally planned.
I’m not sure when it will go live, because I honestly forget the time conversion.
But I don’t think it should be more than half a day late at most.
Probably.
I plan to schedule this when I have done the documents I needed to fill out today.
The Star Trek Strange New Worlds and Star Trek Lower Decks crossover episode was better than I could have hoped.
And rather than being a singular one off special it felt actually integrated into the show!
It was a proper episode 7, and it progressed the relationship of some of the characters and their personalities.
Also Boimler doing the signature speed walk in live action completely killed me, funniest thing I have ever seen.
I had to run Dungeons and Dragons, it actually went well this time.
They levelled up again…
5th Edition really likes rewarding you with level ups.
It’s been three sessions and they’ve gained two levels!
Well, it looks like the exp requirement starts ramping up from here but we’ll see how it balances out.
The new story update for Blue Archive should release today or tomorrow, I honestly forget which.
I think I’ve done my maths right for this, anyway there’s so many chapters I lose track now.
I’m on the fence about what to do with the chapter.
On one hand I want to play it, it’s the climax of the first phase of the game.
But on the other hand, I want to stream it so I can share my love for it.
If you’re reading this it means I’m either at the dentist or coming home from it.
I wonder what my results are, you’ll have to find out tomorrow I guess.
Well tomorrow for you guys.
I will have found out before you read this…
Timezones and prescheduling chapters makes for some weird rambles like this doesn’t it?
