There is a dove outside my window trying to get laid.
I can hear it, quite loudly.
It very much wants to bone, or maybe literally lay.
I never checked which gender makes the calls in doves.
I used to know how to mimic them to make them confused, it was fun watching them look around in confusion.
Sorry if this chapter is a little lower quality.
Turned out today was coronation day and my parents had arranged a whole bunch of things to do, so I got swamped.
I managed to squeeze enough time in to do the chapters but it was at super speed because I have four to schedule today.
I also need to do my gacha daily stuff, so, yeah I’m pushed for time.
Anyway, chapters, here. Take em.
So I did the editing for this chapter while eating waffles.
Waffles!
I was going to say I haven’t had them in ages, but recently my dad started buying them often so I’ve been eating them a little regularly.
I made them extra good this time though which is why I brought it up.
Alright team it’s time for a speed run!
I joke, I’m not speed running.
I actually got stuck on the game I was racing a friend in, so uh, I will probably lose this race now.
However it’s a multiday race. Maybe I will make up for it later on?
Who knows.
Anyway, here’s your chapter.
So did you guys participate in the BlockTheBlue thing on twitter?
Or maybe you are one of the people on the opposite side, buying verification?
Honestly I think Musk really screwed up with this one.
They could have just added a different colour tick with the extra features to sell it if they really wanted/needed.
They devalued the original and then scrapped it when they realised it was useless and are now acting like paragons to ignore the backlash.
I got an ad for the new marvel movie and laughed about five seconds in when they used Generic Trailer Voice Guy.
I don’t know why that was the bit that made me laugh, but that’s what did it.
I was just like “Can you get any more cliche?” over it.
Anyway, that’s my random anecdote for this ramble.
I finally read Otome Mob Volume 8 after getting it a while back.
It was a fun volume, quite inconsequential, but it was nice to get downtime.
I know a lot of authors, especially for long series, in Japan love to divide up their stories.
They’ll have one or two really heavy plot focused volumes and then one downtime slice of life focused volume.
Personally to me I prefer a more even spread, since I’m not a fan of what feels like filler, even if it develops characters.
But it worked in this one because a major arc ended it helped move things to the start of the next one.
Has anyone here played the game Slipways?
It seems to be a kind of board-gamey logistics management game?
Seems kind of fun, but I’m not sure I’m sold on the concept.
I’d prefer to play a demo but doesn’t seem to be one, and puzzle games like that don’t feel right from watching videos alone.
Maybe I will buy it soon and then refund it if I don’t quite click with it.
I spent most of today playing Blue Archive trying to clear content I had leftover for gems to use on the gacha.
They did just release two characters I like so, though both are going to be added to the regular pool as well.
I’ll just have to decide I guess how much I value them.
Probably better for me to save for the three upcoming limited ones we’re about to get.
Those being the gym uniform versions and Himari.
Himari being both meta and my favourite makes things easy.
Did you know that the ancient Greeks created some of the first known automata over 2,000 years ago? These mechanical devices were designed to move on their own, often powered by water or steam. Automata have fascinated people for centuries, and they continue to do so today. From clockwork figures to robotic toys, automata have evolved to become more sophisticated and intricate over time. In this blog post, we’ll explore the world of automata and their role in history, as well as how they continue to inspire and captivate people’s imaginations.
I honestly can’t think of anything to write here so I am going to give up.
This a rare event for me, but I’ve been at it a while and got nothing.
So be it.
Oh, I watched the finale of Trigun today.
Pretty cool stuff!
I didn’t expect them to go straight into a sequel but I am happy!
For some reason the software my mouse uses has decided to completely break.
Obviously the driver and everything else works.
But the control software is just…dead. For some reason.
Really annoying, no idea how to fix it too.
