I am up to date with Girls Frontline 2’s story now.
And I also finally joined a platoon… took me a while…
I was way too fussy on the name of the one I wanted to join honestly.
I got it down to three candidates but eventually chose the busiest one.
Ideally I would have liked to make my own, but I had no confidence to recruit people.
RIP my beloved Principia, you shall not exist in this world, or any others actually… fairly sure even the Final Fantasy 14 version of that guild disbanded after I stopped playing.
There is nothing more satisfying than when I finish an editing session, and I stretch my arms above my head… and feel my joints click.
Which is, probably not a healthy sign, but it feels good, so I don’t care.
I say that because I am now about to do it, and it will satisfy me.
I am warning you all now of my imminent satisfaction.
Actually for you this will have already happened so it’s irrelevant. What a waste of a ramble.
This is the last of the God’s Gofer chapters for Christmas, but my work doesn’t end here.
Next up is Small Fry!
Small Fry will only be getting three bonus chapters for Christmas as opposed to five, but bonus chapters are bonus chapters!

In Iron Man 3 there is a scene where Iron Man is hit by a truck.
After which the suit falls apart to expose that it is empty.
This is a subtle nod to the comic where Tony Stark is isekaid to ancient Camelot and fights as Arthur’s knight.
I’m joking… partially…
That comic actually does exist though.

I still find it amusing how Blue Archive is six months behind the asian version, because we just got the announcement for the summer event…

And then we’ll get the Christmas event… in the middle of spring.
I almost schedule this to launch at a really weird time… that would have been well, weird.
Luckily I caught it…
I do really need to sleep though, I forgot how busy Christmas starts to get when you have a big family.
I also found out that I have some presents I still need to buy for people visiting that I didn’t know where visiting.
Emergency shopping trip tomorrow I guess.
Got distracted while working on something today, ended up taking three times as long as needed…
It ended up wasting some of my gacha stamina because of the delay.
Oh how I curse myself.
Okay, I’m not that addicted to gachas that I am upset at a bit of wasted stamina, I’m exaggerating for comedy.
Please understand.
This is an exaggeration.
So in the UK we don’t really have a concept of “gofers” in the context of this story’s title.
I guess the closest you would get would be “errand boy” or “errand girl”…
It’s an interesting one when you think about it, it’s not like the role doesn’t technically exist, but we haven’t separated it by its own name really.
Perhaps there are local regional variants in the UK though, it’s hard to speak broadly about a place with unique dialects for each major city…
We return the point of view of our protagonist at last!
Onwards the adventure goes, to a new land, in search of a new spirit…
Let’s see how things develop this time!
In fact I’m quite interested to see what the author has planned for this story beyond just the depictions of revenge.
There has to be something to draw our protagonist into outside events, otherwise starting so early with the kingdom would take the wind out of the sails.

I’m not being clever or poetic or anything here, it’s literally the chapter title.
I thought I could show off but guilt got the better of me here. Plus you’ll all see it anyway.
I am making solid headway into Girls Frontline 2, been having a lot of fun with it.
I’m level gated again, but I only have one story chapter left to go now.
After that I will be pushing to complete the harder difficulty event content.
Luckily it seems the event is tailored to account for the lower starting levels of players, because the harder content at least for now only goes into the Level 30’s, which is where I think I might be able to reach tomorrow or the day after. The problem then becomes the second half the event that unlocks in a few days…
Hopefully that follows a roughly equivalent scaling for level to time.
I got very occupied today.
There were a large number of guests, so I had to engage in helping with housework.
A terrible terrible ordeal, I assure you.
It was quite bothersome.
Okay, so I basically had to cook dinner for myself and my brother, it wasn’t the end of the world.
And I had to do a couple of shopping trips for supplies, again, not a big deal. I even got myself some snacks.
Someone remind me to check a different book site for my light novels.
But amazon and my backup are being a royal pain with imports lately.
I might need to find a place that deals in light novels properly…
Or at least a place that deals in international books specifically.
Anyway, I’ll figure something out, I just needed to do it sooner rather than later.
Also, in site time it should be December, I can’t believe I forgot to mention that.
