Hmmm… I actually have no idea what to write here…
Oh well, such is the way life works!
Oh, the Stellaris board game got an update today.
They’re finally testing physical prototypes for the finished product.
Good to know production is finally starting to move forward, maybe I will actually see the board game eventually now!
My room is full of empty boxes for biscuits.
I honestly never noticed how many biscuits I bought until I swapped to this cheaper type of box instead of a packet.
There are four boxes in here from the past week!
Okay well to be fair this week isn’t a fair comparison because I went out twice this week and I always buy extra snacks when I have to go out early.
This chapter is titled Fimbulwinter.
This surprised me because it’s a much lesser known part of Ragnarok.
The Fimbulwinter is basically the prelude to Ragnarok, where three seasons of the year are filled with snow and ice.
If my memory serves me correctly that is.
It’s actually interesting because I don’t remember Fate Grand Order bringing this up despite Skadi and the Lostbelt related to her.
I only learnt this one from a book I read many many years ago.
I can only vaguely remember it from a book I read many years ago… I think it was called Odd and the Frost Giants?
Have you ever stretched your body and had the most satisfying pop?
Well I just had that now with my hip.
I was a little stiff in my seat from editing and did a stretch and felt so much tension leave my hip…
Wait…
Is this a sign of me getting old?!
But I’m not even in my 30’s yet!!!
I forgot to mention, just when I thought I would be getting some extra time to relax and indulge in my hobbies, I got given a new novel to work on it!
Yes, I will be taking over Alchemist Startover in place of Cheat Receptionist.
Which means that my total number of weekly rambles now remains unchanged.
I need to mentally prepare myself because Christmas arrives soon… which means the release rate ramps up.
It seems that the weather is finally starting to clear up here.
Winter is truly arriving, we had three days of semi-constant rain.
I know semi-constant makes no sense but I wasn’t sure how else to phrase it…
It’s not three days of continuous rain but we’ve also had no sun the past three days.
Anyway, just lots of rain, lots of it. And clouds, with rain.
A lot of that stuff, for three days.
Even now it might not be fully clearing.
I have been sinking a lot of time into Talos Principle II lately.
Well, really it’s just 13 hours, but you know how puzzle games are, they’re not ideal for consuming all at once.
Actually I’ve been progressing at a decent pace.
It averages about 2 hours per zone so the entire game is probably about 30 hours long in total.
Anyway I just love how Prometheus is the core focus of the narrative theme, my favourite myth.
Today the handle on my door was finally repaired.
Something about the spring or spindle or something…
Anyway, it wasn’t opening smoothly so it got replaced.
Only it’s so sharp and responsive now I keep messing up with the amount of force needed to open it, and not closing it properly because I hold it too far.
Strange how muscle memory works isn’t it.
So Chrome updated…
I don’t mind it much, I think youtube trying to block adblockers is more annoying.
That said, there is one annoying part about Chrome’s update.
They slightly changed the positioning and size of the right click dropdown menu!
Which means all my muscle memory is off and I keep just clicking nothing!!!
It’s super annoying when editing!
So Blue Archive…
The Railgun T and Blue Archive crossover event.
Oh boy… I am still super hyped for that even though it’s been a while since it was announced.
It’s just hard to unhype myself.
As someone who bought the super expensive omnibus edition… I mean I just love Raildex.
Can’t blame me for my excitement okay!
