Mab: You know, I’m thinking about Rani’s trial. Did she fight Inglis in there? If she did, how did she win against the Inglis? Also, wouldn’t it be much more interesting if Inglis meets Inglis and fight?

That being said, knowing Rani’s nature, I doubt it’s as simple as “fight your past and win,” but rather “this is the product of your weakness, and you need to accept it.” For example, she is being shown Cyrene’s figure, or perhaps Ada when she is molested by Rahal.

Like how with Leone, I genuinely feel that fighting and denying her happy memory is the wrong approach.

What happened to her kingdom? Why did people forget about magic? How or where did the Highlanders or Magic Stone Beasts come about? While all these questions are of interest, but does Inglis care about them? Nay, all she cares about is to fight against the strongest Magic Stone Beasts and hone her skills!
