Really hard to explain it actually, probably because we still have some thematic details we’re weighing between.
Currently the bodysuit/plugsuit part is going through an overhaul because the final version came over too simple so we’re adding detail.
More armour-like pieces to be installed!
The interludes are over! The main story resumes!
I actually enjoy pov swaps in stories in general, I like seeing moments from other perspectives.
I also like reading other characters reactions to things we’ve seen from one perspective already.
I know some people complain because it’s covering content twice in a way…
But I just like seeing the cool moments again and getting another view of it.
Especially if it’s a character that doesn’t understand the full picture.

With my increase in reading of cultivation genre stuff I have been increasingly tempted to try my hand at writing one.
I really want to see more usage of scientific knowledge in such settings.
I tried reading one which was about a guy who had alien technology, but the science gimmick wasn’t very pronounced.
It was just a different style of power.
And there was another about being gods of little worlds and building a tech civilization but it didn’t scratch the itch either…
I hate it when I get a craving for something really specific to eat.
It’s even worse because if it’s related to the bakery where I live there’s a 50/50 chance the craving will be the item they discontinued years ago.
Which is basically like a self inflicted act of torture on me.
Anyway luckily it’s the other one, but I have no idea if I have the energy to go to the bakery to buy something I will eat in ten minutes…
Why are cravings like this?
It’s about 5am and I should be in bed.

And the few that weren’t were all using generic nondescript wavy line shapes.

Recently I keep getting obviously fake emails for solar panel installation…
I am not sure why I am the target of these, but they have been frequent enough that it surprises and confuses me.
I don’t even own a home to install them on… why me?

There’s actually quite a few interludes for this section of the story, I peeked ahead a little.
I was expecting maybe a couple at most but this is like an entire sidestory, well given their content it makes sense.
Anyway, just know there will be a couple more weeks of this tangent content!
Also if anyone knows any good kingdom building or military stories, let me know. I have a desire to read some lately.
I spent all of today rushing through the story of a game I am one month behind on because I realised the first complete story bonuses were about to expire.
That was intense.
I honestly didn’t enjoy the update for the story at all, I was very frustrated with the characters.
Hmmm, it was better than the early story stuff, but definitely didn’t reach the highs of the best chapters in the game so far.
Maybe the second part will expand on it and make things interesting, but as it stands, it was kind of eh.
Far far too much character drama for my preference.
The weekend is coming, that means the Talos DLC will be out soon.
I am super excited to play, I think it’s tomorrow? I’ll probably play the day after because I doubt I will finish the install and have time to play it on release day.
I am mentally preparing myself for the torture that will follow.
The super hard difficult might actually kill me.
I can only hope for the best…

Wuthering Waves needs to be handled as a case study for the launch of future major gacha games.
The latest drama seems to stem from a mistranslation in Japanese of one of the weapon effect descriptions which had caused people to incorrectly invest in it, forcing them to do refunds to people for their gacha purchases.
Not wanting to take the loss, the company offered the refunds, but then deducted the refunded from your in game currency… throwing accounts that used the refunds into negative balance… essentially forcing them to have to buy what they refunded to be able to properly progress the game anyway…
THEN to make matters worse they sent an email to EVERYONE that refunded without using BCC, so there is just an email sitting in everyones inbox now with everyone elses email on…
And this is only the latest drama! That’s not even mentioning everything else that happened so far!
Apparently earlier this month Star Trek Online released a new ship pack which is basically a sequel to the ship I used to personally use back when I was playing, continuing the lore storyline for that branch of experimental technologies.
The new ship line is called the Kardashev Class, which honestly feels like a huge flex on Starfleet’s part.
My friend dragged me back to Star Rail yesterday and uh… it’s a bit of a mess.
I quit the game almost exactly a year ago, so my team is completely all over the place.
I hadn’t started relic farming either so nobody has proper gear. I think I was min-maxing traces and starting to level different characters?
Well basically it’s a mess, I still only have one healer and it’s Natasha from the start of the game…
I have however been making progress on catching up with the story!
I’ve reached the 2.1 update! Honestly I am amazed I’ve made it this far into the story with the four (4) characters I actually have levelled…
Can you imagine my suffering? I had to fight that stabby death dream monster that had a DOT gimmick with two preservation and two hunt characters!!!!
I have no idea how I am going to handle the bosses that follow this…
