There’s no deep reason for this, though it is because it’s another interlude and I want to forward the story instead of posting this one this week, but you can fully blame my impulsive, short sighted brain for wanting to do this today.
Anyway, last time: Carol POV recollecting what happened during a short time-skip with alcohol on hand. Our princesses just sleeping on the cold hard ground when camping out, which is the usual for them but absolutely appalling for the POV Mage and Ain (Most likely) being cutely struggling with a tent when prompted to set it up. Hiya~! Howz yer day? It’s update time! However, it’s not a regular chapter but an interlude!? I wonder who’s eyes we’ll be seeing through this time!
Last time on Two as One Princess: Brought to the den of the drunken, our princesses negotiated with the barmaster for a chance to…… Sing! Songstress Cielmer (Actually Ain), joins the stage?! Mesmerising the crowd, while they weren’t able to do their original plan of data collecting from the hyped up alcoholics, Ain got some money (and satisfaction) from the gig and they went home after making some friends. However, Ciel felt a bit possessive but Ain managed to be not a completely dense protagonist and they went back to the in as wholesome as they usually are.
This time on the interlude: What will happen?…… Yeah, we don’t have a previous chapter to base what the story is going to be about, honestly. But yeah, interlude 1 of 3 (the second is the previous Ciel interlude, so yeah.)!

Hiya~! Sat-sat-saturday~! It’s the update day, Saturday!
Last time on Two as One Princess: After the off-screen exposition about monsters (which happened after the on-screen exposition about requests), Ain cheerfully sets out! It was a beautiful day, a perfect day for a stroll. So as such, a stroll she did have as she went around doing the plain, but perhaps calmingly enjoyable, act of searching for and harvesting herbs (you can’t say it’s not enjoyable after how popular Stardew Valley, and recently, Animal Crossing is). Soon after, boom! Newbies in danger! Time to divert the attention to the stalker! And so they did indeed. And as they did, they ran back to the town. And as Ain enters the guild (deja vu?), what awaited them was a sulky and truly pouty sorcerer.
What lies await now that our princesses are back in the guild? Why is our sorcerer a bit pouty today? (lol) Will our pouty, pouty sorcerer continue pouting on? Will they ever exit the gu-[redacted] And will we know the truth about the mysterious stalking that morning?
