The UK has a “red” severe weather warning for the next few days.
This is the first time in history that a severe weather warning has been issued for high temperatures.
A red level means that it’s a national emergency and that services should prepare for potential shut downs and major health issues.
In fact some of our trains have already been stopped because the railways are warping under the temperature expansion.
The place I work gets really hot too so I’m a little anxious about having to go in on the two worst days of the week.
My Arpeggio of Bluesteel manga is still nowhere to be seen, not a single unit in stock anywhere.
It’s like a vapor book.
It just never came into being.
Anyway, mystery of that aside, I’m not too fussed if I never get them, it just means that my many many many years of reading Arpeggio has reached its end due to stock issues.
Luckily I have since taken on many more light novels and manga to enjoy.
And if I really wanted I could just find where my paperbacks left off to read online.
So Hololive Gen 1 girls got updates to their Live2D models again.
And I’m so very very glad that Aki got to keep her patta patta sensors.
They were my favourite part of her outfit and all of her other outfits swap them out for other things, similar but different.
I was worried they’d be replaced in this one too.
Anyway, the reveal stream was great fun, Fubuki made it great.

Had I known that I was going to be dragged to comicon this week I would have kept my paperback copies of Magical Explorer and Otome Mob unread in reserve for the train trip.
Well I have about a dozen unread volumes of light novels on my kindle I can read too I suppose, plenty to catch up on.
It’s also possible that J-Novel will put out a couple of prepubs for the day too. Which reminds me, Should bring my charging cable for the train trip.
Luckily the High Speed trains here have sockets on their seats for this purpose. Should keep my phone alive for the trip there and back even if I play some games on the way the whole time.
Other than that it should be fine.

Quite a few isekais, couple of romances.
There’s also this edgy revenge version of Gacha Girl Corps?
Not sure what to expect from that one but I plan on reading it all the same.
Revenge stories are bit hit or miss for me, but this might be a hit so I have to take the chance.

I just watched a very interesting video on the concept of a European Federation.
Honestly it sounds kind of cool.
Too bad the UK would be to bigoted to actually get involved if it happened.
I still really want to make a Stellaris empire based on Brexit and just go to the extreme of saying that the UK left Earth entirely when it became a unified federation.
I’ve spent a long time staring at this screen waiting for something to come to mind to talk about but got nothing.

I decided to randomly watch all of Overlord Season 3 the other day.
No particular reason.
Which is weird because I barely forced myself through Season 2.
Maybe it’s time for me to return to my roots and binge anime once again.
It’s now 1am, I planned to get this done an hour ago.
I get distracted way too easily, it’s unreal.
I was even planning to go back to modding after this but I think I’ll take a break.
Maybe do a few bits tomorrow, nothing major, I have to mentally prepare myself for work on Sundays, it’s a crucial part of the day.
The titling of this chapter makes it sound like it could be one of my custom chapters, but it’s actually wholesome.
For those that don’t know I wrote a couple of “Extra” chapters for another project I do editing for in response to the author being a huge tease.
I got some good comments on those saying that they could almost believe them as official chapters haha.
Well that’s why happens when you throw in a subtle plot hook into a spice chapter.

I messed up slightly and decided to rely on the webs schedule app to remind me when to post.
Sadly, the app seems to like operating in a different timezone to me despite my setting choices.
These chapters allegedly are supposed to post tomorrow and not an hour ago. Who’d have imagined?!
Anyway, that’s why these are a tiiiiny bit late. I realised my mistake when I felt like something was off with my own schedule.
I think I will give up on the No Mans Sky event.
I have no motivation for the terrible gameplay of this event at least. It’s just way too punishing and draining.
The community are being terrible about it too, so I’m just giving up.
Even though it’s the reward I’ve wanted most since I bought the game.
Welp it’s 4am.
I procrastinated way too hard.
I have work on Monday too.
Will have to remember to get an early night tomorrow or else my sleeping pattern is doomed.
After making that Orimurium joke last chapter I now have the inexplicable urge to go back and watch Infinite Stratos again.
Got that makes me feel old now.
How long has it been since that started? Must be just over 10 years.
IS was one of the first anime I watched, probably in my first 5, at least my first 10.
Also reminded me of that meme where someone made it an isekai called The Hero is Over-Popular but Overly Dense.
Half tempted to write that.

I rewatched all of Raildex once to start writing a fanfic for it (which I only compiled notes for) and I think it’d be easy to do Infinite Stratos but as an isekai.
So a couple of hours ago we had a massive storm.
It wasn’t very long but there was quite a bit of lighting.
Some of the thunder was stronk too, really shook my windows.
I found it quite exciting.
My parents were out camping too, RIP them I guess?

Jurassic World Dominion is now only over a week away, I need to start plotting how and when I’m going to watch it.
I seriously need to make sure I can watch it the best way possible.
I mean it’s the climax to my childhood dream franchise.
It’s a huge deal to me, and I can’t wait.
Also the DLC for the game is soon. That is also exciting.
