I saw an amusing tweet about the Final Fantasy XIV pack for Magic the Gathering.
I haven’t played MtG in years, so I am not up to date with it, but I saw a tweet about the Emet-Selch card they added, and how people are making decks using him.
One of them was called “Crabvocation of the Fourteen” and it’s about Emet-Selch summoning an army of crabs…
Yeah, you read that right.
Quality material, I love it.

After waking up, I find myself transformed into the female character I once played—a weak, low-level avatar in a dangerous world. While trying to live quietly, my doll-like beauty attracts overwhelming attention from other female players. Now, I must navigate this bizarre reality while reconciling my old self with my new identity.
I somehow forgot to schedule these, I do apologise for the delay.
The time leading up to and over this weekend have been really busy for me, with some major stuff possibly happening. So I ended up missing some schedules, and it looks like it’s messed with my routine enough that I am getting aftershocks of incompetence.
This is just a fancy way of saying missing a weekend of checking my schedule has caused me to forget that I need to check my schedule at the appropriate days. Woops.

I got roped into wanting another art comm… by myself of course. Nobody to blame but myself.
I saw a really nice piece of art on twitter currently known as x, and I wanted something similar instantly.
In my defence, it’s really gorgeous art.
Like, I have impeccable taste.
I am certain of it.
So because I am a weird person, I used to shave my pathetic excuse for facial stubble in the shower.
A few years back the bathroom got remodelled and among the many things that changed, one of them was the loss of the mirror in the shower.
I could no longer shave in the shower.
This has done irreparable damage to my wake up routine… as I still haven’t found a time to shave consistently that sits with my autistic brain.
Well it’s been a few months now and I have enough of a beard that it’s starting to annoy me because I am conscious of it being there…
But I still can’t get my autistic brain to DO THE THING.
In the previous chapter we had to name the elements and we ended up with three different possible translations for the final one.
The element of nothingness.
Well nothing isn’t really an option, just the direct meaning… void was suggested, which was tempting because of a certain franchise…
But I went with null because I think that’s what most anime use these days I believe?
What do you all think?
I think it’s interesting how much I struggle to handle scheduling things.
Not in an organisation way.
But because I want to allocate as much time as possible to something, and when I can’t do that I will just… allocate no time to it.
My brain just refuses to accept “a little bit” or “quite a bit” as an option.
There is only “all” or “nothing”.
Yay autism!
After joking about viewing an argument on the previous post I got into an argument with a friend in the middle of this post.
Weird how that works out.
I actually stressed myself over it, I don’t know why I get so worked up when it comes to that friend… maybe because I actually care about their opinions? Which is annoying because we have opposite opinions on a lot of things so I think we both kind of annoy each other whenever we try to discuss things…
I got distracted by an argument happening on discord so I ended up forgetting what I was going to type for this ramble.
For the record, the argument was about the state of rpg livestreams, the tabletop kind I mean.
There was a lot of stuff being thrown around about pandering and such.
I also somehow just accidentally bit my lip… doing nothing… so that’s fun.
You know I wanted to be fast doing these chapters but I still ended up taking an hour…
I really need to work on my time management. Or really I just need to stop multitasking.
It never works for me.
But that won’t stop me either, because doing multiple things at once feels better for me, somehow.
I got distracted twice while trying to post this.
I don’t even know how because I put my phone on the other side of the room. I just ended up picking a book on my shelf and going “I don’t remember reading this one, what happened in it” before flicking through to go “Oh I did read this one, I remember these scenes, but I still don’t remember the story.”
So yeah, that’s the functionality level of my brain right now.
Also for the record it was Magical Explorer Volume 7 that I was trying to recall reading.
Strangely it feels like my room has started to fall apart recently.
This week alone I have had two incidents:
The last two of my remaining coat hooks spontaneously snapped off overnight.
My headset cushioning has started to come off entirely and is merely held in place by friction and force of will.
The only thing in perfect condition is my door handle because that broke in the middle of last year and has been replaced.
I am entirely unsure as to what to put for this ramble to honest.
Oh right!
My friends persuaded me to resub to ffxiv so I can experience the story I have been skipping since Endwalker released.
To be honest, it was mostly one friend, but it’s kind of hard to say no to her.
I only intend to play it sporadically though, I have other games to focus on these days, like GFL2!
The POV character for this chapter is amusing.
His family name is Haggard.
It just made me imagine him as some really tired old man, it was just that kind of name.
I want you to keep that in mind, that’s all.
