I was just leaving youtube to autoplay some stuff and Shelter started playing.
That is like double nostalgic to me.
First it reminds me of when it released, and second it reminds me of when I used to use it as my editing background noise.
Every time I listen to it I get the urge to write a short story too, because the lyrics paint a really vivid image in my mind of a situation.
But, anyway.

My friend was talking about fanfics.
I felt like writing something.
Might as well try, right?
It was my brother’s birthday today.
I got chocolate cake.
It was a good day.
Also it was the Blue Archive anime day!
Damn it was gorgeous.
Some interesting changes but overall faithful to the first chapter, notably skipped the tutorial but that’s fair.
I hope it keeps up this quality.
Apparently the new season of Star Trek Discovery started airing.
Apparently it’s being decently received by fans, which is a first for most of new Star Trek…
It does help that they are following up on a classic old storyline.
One that was also explored in Star Trek Online, so they’ll have to be careful there…
Don’t want to retread old ground. Though Star Trek Online is very much comfortably doing its own continuity now, it’s established its narrative.
I have been listening to the lore people on the Reverse Collapse discord.
Kind of makes me want to make them as factions in Stellaris.
But I refuse to play that game until I update my mods for it…
Which I will never do because I am soooo far behind on DLC.
Apparently it is my brother’s birthday tomorrow.
Did I know this? No.
Have I prepared anything? No.
Do I have time to prepare anything? No.
Do I have a plan? Maybe…
With the main story of Reverse Collapse behind me I am now hunting the final achievements.
Two of them are related to the New Game+ so I am working my way through that currently…
The last one however is related to the gameplay mode which is a 1:1 remake of the original game…
I am very close to finishing Reverse Collapse’s main story now.
I have two missions left, but then I have to get the final few achievements.
And then I need to play the hidden retro mode so that I can complete everything.
How fun it shall be!
Apparently they might be making a proper follow up though! Which has me excited.
I reached the “ending” of Reverse Collapse today.
By that I mean I saw the credits roll.
But I know there’s another Chapter of the game for collecting all of the lore items, a true ending behind the facade.
In true MICA fashion I am sure it is an ending that is full of love and hope…
Yeah, who am I kidding?
I have recently discovered that two of my friends have a weird fixation on redhead character designs…
I both understand and don’t…
Anyway, nothing significant about it, just felt like mentioning it!
On a semi related note, my artist friend is probably dying right now.
They want to draw but it’s so hot their tablet is overheating…
It is now April 1st!
I would do an April Fools thing but uh, two problems.
First is that this goes live in the afternoon for me so april fools would have passed…
Second is timezones are a thing and for like half the world it would be April 2nd…
Such is the difficulty.
Actually my timezone has changed thanks to Daylight Saving, so uh.
I need to work out how that changes the schedule in my head…
