My sleep schedule is a royal mess. Sleep at 5am, woke up at 12pm, then goes back to sleep at 3pm and wake up at 5pm. After that I stayed awake until lunch the next day and slept until 5pm… I need to fix my sleep schedule… And I also need to do some exercise… I could feel my tummy literally starting to bulge now… Let’s do some Ring Fitness! Best indoor exercise game ever!
