When I went to University, back in like 2018, as part of my over-preparedness for niche Robinxen-like situations, I bought a massive stack of DVDs for burning things too.
You know, just in case… for reasons? I don’t actually know.
Anyway in my entire life I have used like… ten of them…
And I still keep them at my desk with my computer, just in case…

I will never use these. I mean who writes things to DVDs anymore?
Okay, actually it has a lot of use cases, but none that apply to me really…

Earlier this week during my regular shopping run, I purchased one of the new flavours of my favourite energy drink.
I finally managed to get through the bottle today, it took me quite a while to drink it all.
It wasn’t exactly unpalatable, but the longer you drank it the more distinct the flavour got.

It meant that it was quite hard to finish off basically.
I wouldn’t say that I dislike it but it would definitely be my last choice.
Next time I go to the shop I will purchase the other new flavour and see how that compares…

I am finally primed for the latest light novel volume!
I forgot how wonderfully written the epilogue of Arc 8 was, it was a perfect moment honestly.

Without spoiling anything, I think it did wonders for the characterisation of perhaps my least favourite characters up to that point.

Someone sent me a link for an edited version of ReZero that is done entirely from the perspective of the canon timeline for other characters.
And yeah, it does make Subaru kind of incredible with how he just pulls stuff out of nowhere to save the day.
I do like how it shows things.

I don’t think it works as well in other aspects that I expected though, probably because it throws off pacing and characterisation.

I’ve been playing Haze Reverb the past few days since it launched in English.
The translation is certainly… cheap.
It’s not unplayable bad but the quality is notable for lacking in many areas.

The gameplay is okay? I feel like the systems are needlessly complex in some areas and overly simplified in other, and finding proper explanations for stuff is hard.
Also why is it such a pain to equip and unequip things etc etc…

Well, it’s basically what you expect from a comparatively indie gacha game.
The art is good, and the story is not as bad as I was expecting, I wouldn’t say it’s good yet, but it’s better than Honkai Impact’s initial story.
