As if USB-C isn’t already far in excess of the functionality of the devices that can use it, so it’s already future proofed for several years.
And there’s nothing that says that companies can only use USB-C, just that they have to offer USB-C as a function.
It’s like having mandatory headphone jacks, it’s not like the device would have to remove bluetooth.
Anyway, not that this impacts the UK.
