“Are you feeling better now?”
“Y-Yes…I’m sorry for causing so much trouble.”
“Naw, don’t worry, that’s what I’m here for!”

When Crim finally stopped crying, she slowly let go of Freya, embarrassed by how she had acted, but Freya just smiled and reassured her. Then, forgetting there was a camera pointed their way, they began blushing while avoiding direct eye contact.

The viewers sat back and enjoyed the sight of their close friendship, and the current host of the stream, Frey, was tactful enough to remain silent for a decent amount of time, until he finally spoke again.

“Just to be clear, I was joking about the haunted house.”

“Jokes aside, I’m sure you’ve noticed something in your time. Crim seems to be alive again, so I’ll have her take care of it.”

Forcefully switching topics with the viewers, Frey approached Crim, who was still clinging onto Freya.

“Wh-what? I’ve been through enough today! Don’t ask me to keep going!!”
“Just look at her, the poor thing. Don’t push her anymore.”

As Crim firmly stated she would not keep going, Freya joined in, shielding her from Frey. But that was not why Frey had approached them…

“Okay, okay, you win. Also, isn’t there something else you’re forgetting about?”
“ “Something else?” ”

Crim and Freya’s voices overlapped, wondering what Frey was trying to say, even if it seemed so obvious to him.

“If you can think straight again, might as well introduce our latest member, right?”
Oh, it nearly slipped past me. Setsuna, come hither.
“Ah, right away!”

Crim’s mood turned around completely the moment Frey mentioned that, jumping on her feet and beckoning Setsuna to come closer, who had been eagerly waiting for this moment.

“Moving on, this is the latest member to join our guild…”
“Thank you so much for having me! I’m Setsuna! I’ll be serving as my master’s shinobi from now on!”

Setsuna looked at the Magius Orb and energetically introduced herself.

Seeing that most of the comments were positive, Setsuna began happily striking different poses in front of the camera, until Crim seemed to notice something.

“By the by, I do grasp the irony in asking this, especially after I did introduce thee… but is being a shinobi truly something to be spoken aloud so boldly?”
“…AH!!”
“I shall assume that meaneth thou spake those words without realizing…”

When Crim pointed that out, Setsuna’s face seemed to deflate in shock.

Soon the viewers were already thinking of her as more of a parody of real ninjas, common in shonen mangas…

I still can’t tell if she’s doing that on purpose.

Crim began to wonder that again, as Setsuna turned around to look at her with an agitated look, wondering what to do or say, and Crim just placed her hand on Setsuna’s head.

“Hahah, never mind that. I’ve no intention of keeping thee in the shadows, so go on, enjoy thyself.”
“Master…!”

That made Setsuna’s face lit up, smiling in a happy and slightly idiotic way, quickly giving all the viewers the impression of being a clumsy ninja.

It was only a matter of time before the viewers began wondering that. Reading that, Setsuna’s face went red and she began squirming awkwardly.

“I tried sneaking into her home, but then got caught and she restrained me and pinned me down until I submitted!”
“Setsuna, watch thy tongue!!!”

It was hard to tell whether she said it that way on purpose or if she was simply too much of an airhead, but Crim just had to interject hearing her say something that could be misinterpreted way too easily.

“Crim…? Would you mind explaining that?”
“Freya?! Thou wert present when that didst occur!!”

Then Crim was ambushed from an unexpected angle. Freya was smiling, but somehow her voice made Crim shudder and reply by instinct, which caused yet another misunderstanding…

“This is all so wrongggg!!!!”

Crim’s desperate shout echoed through the clear skies above Galardia…
