Apparently I am responsible for about 9 people having taken up Dungeons and Dragons now, or so I am led to believe based on the story I got told today.
That group of teens I DM’d for have spread the plague to their friends and formed two of their own groups.
Actually apparently it used to be one big group but whichever one took up mantle of DM couldn’t handle more than 6 players, so they divided the group into two sets of four, or something like that.
I am using third party knowledge so I am not really clued up on details.
But it sounds like they’re having fun… even if they are a bit loose on the rules. That said, 5th… uh no it’s 2025 now? One? I cannot remember the new pseudo-edition name. 5.5?
Anyway the revised rules are loose anyway.

In the meantime I guess I’ll keep working on my Island Sanctuary. It’s been about two weeks since I started, and I have reached Rank 10.

I played Carcassonne with my youngest brother and his friends today.
It was quite nostalgic for me, considering I used to play this in school with my friends too.
Except they were playing with some expansion thing so it was actually new and refreshing too.
