After waking up reincarnated as an unbelievably beautiful girl, a former middle-school boy adjusts to a new life and identity. Years later, now in high school, they’re close friends with their childhood friend Miyu…until Miyu’s increasingly unusual behavior begins to blur the line between friendship and romance.

Hiya~! It’s the last week of October, everyone ready for Halloween? Either way, our childhood friend shenanigans continue on!
Last time on Genderbent Beauty: Still having an unquenched thirst for chaos, Ruka suddenly gave Misaki a maid uniform (cosplay quality) to change into. Adamant to make the reluctant Misaki cosplay, Ruka then challenged Misaki to Sm*sh Bros, with the cosplay being the punishment for the loser. Misaki added some more conditions in an attempt to scare her off, but she would not budge. As the fight began, however, it was clear that Misaki heavily outclassed Ruka. As Misaki’s victory was all but assured, unfortunately for her, Miyu also wanted to see Misaki cosplay and began obstructing her with some borderline H moves. And so Ruka claimed victory and Misaki’s fate was sealed.
Now then, what will happen next? Will the reluctant Misaki own up her end of the bargain? If so, how will our girls react to Maid Misaki? And will Misaki survive the end of the day with her dignity intact?
