As I was editing this my stomach started to churn weirdly and I couldn’t figure out why because even though I have had a lot of cola today I have also eaten quite a bit too, so it shouldn’t have just been because I had too much cola.
Then it struck me, in the last few hours the only thing I have eaten was a large slice of chocolate cake…

I think I will have to re-accept the reality that I am most likely more lactose intolerant than I want to admit to myself.
Well, it still doesn’t cause any major problems in my day to day, and I would hate to miss out on chocolate cake… I can suck it up on the days it is relevant to me.
