“WHAT?!” Rainflower Tempest immediately pulled up the rankings. “No way… IT’S REALLY THEM!”

Did Zane actually leave? Of course not. He just needed to find a hidden spot to shapeshift into Gray Wolf form before the fight started.

Why not use Elna’s form instead? Because this kind of battle was better suited for a Gray Wolf. With Pride of the Wolf Clan title and the evolved Rapid Stride, he could probably match the Alpha in speed now.
