Although for normal people, it likely wouldn’t be that easy to reach the level cap, so that would already be a high hurdle. Though it’s not like I know for sure.

After choosing the type of skill you want, you will obtain five random skill cards matching that criterion out of all existing 3-star skills.

Obtained → “Secret of the Fire Spirit★★★”

Everything up to this point sounds fundamentally like a gacha…
Looking at it, aren’t SS-Rank and 5-star skills rather expensive!? Well… it wouldn’t be much of an issue for me…

I understood that part, so I closed the explanation and moved further down in the list.

The explanation for those items was mostly the same as for the skill cards. It really seemed to work like a gacha.

Still, isn’t the divine grade equipment way too expensive? I can swallow the 15 points for an Amrita, but… that 75 MTP cost for other divine grade items is crazy.
Oh, but… if Surtr was telling the truth, the number of divine grade items is limited, right? In that case, it would make sense.

It looked like the list went even further.

The moment I thought that, a crazy amount of information popped up in my head.

World Transfer Privilege: 45 MTP

Privilege that allows the user to move to other worlds. Enables the use of the World Transfer function. When moving to another world, you will adapt to the conditions of your target world.

Add Soul Separation and the ability to freely come and go: 15 MTP

Only available for purchase if the user holds the World Transfer Privilege. When purchased, the following becomes possible during World Transfer:

→ By separating your soul, you can exist in two or more worlds at the same time.
→ When sending your separated soul to another world, it will gain fundamental information about that world and will furthermore be provided with an environment that fits its personal circumstances. Additionally, it will be a copy based on the original soul³.
→ In case the user came to this world from the other world they are moving to, it will be treated as them returning to their original environment.
→ Unless a separated soul is reunited with the original soul, its memories of this world won’t be updated.
→ Time will pass in accordance with the user’s wishes.
→ You can freely move between the bodies of the original and separated soul(s).
→ In that case, on top of inheriting the original soul’s memories, the memories of the time the separated soul spent will also be added in a naturally appearing way.
→ In case the original soul moves to another world, it is possible to view the status screen of this world. However, barring special exceptions and some skills, it will not be possible to use stats and skills.
→ Except for special circumstances, you can return from another world to this world by selecting the “Return to Anazumu” option on your status screen, which only appears when transferring to another world. In such cases, the separated soul will be updated in a way that doesn’t impede its memories concerning Anazumu, and will then return to its normal life⁴.

…So… I, no, we can return to Earth while leaving our bodies here? That’s what it means, right?
Moreover, we can freely come and go between here and there, and these so-called separated souls will lead their normal lives while we’re gone…

I immediately closed the display to break the news to everyone.

TL notes:
It’s interesting that such a big part of the Reincarnation system (remember the perks mentioned all the way back in chapter 106, which were never explained except for a reduction in magic core costs on synthesis?) can only be accessed through this statue. Maybe there are other means to do that, hidden in the world.

I do have my own theory about why Mika lost her World Transfer Privilege, although it’s partly based on information from future chapters, so I will delay it until that point.

I wonder what’s that supposed to mean. STP and SKP were pretty clear as stat/skill points, but what might MT stand for?

I assume that means the case when souls are switched normally, not when a switch is, for whatever reason, impossible. No clue what’s that about updating memories in an unobtrusive manner.
