Chitanda Yukihiko are bringing several high-ranking officials of the Chitanda farm business to observe the husbandry of first-class cow. Indeed, the product that’s produced here is the infamous Kobe Beef.

Although the cow must be born, raised, and butchered in the Hyougo Prefecture for its meat to retain the Kobe Beef brand, there’s no harm for the family business to introduce beef to its lineup and improve their own beef’s quality. Yukihiko came here for this reason.

After observing for a whole afternoon, the group have lunch right across the husbandry.

“We have talked with Kamiyama Grains. They found the price agreeable, but they still have to decline…” Chitanda Tanisuke told Yukihiko as they both eat.

Yukihiko ate so fast that some rice shoots out of his mouth. Then, he placed his hand on his stomach, almost gagged. Beside him is Matsushima Kae, who smiled tenderly at the sight, and then take a bowl of soup to him.

Tanisuke smiles dubiously at this sight, and ask, “Brother, have you considered when to get divorced from Ako?”

“That…” he hesitates, “I haven’t thought through.”

“You can’t keep this miss waiting either,” Tanisuke reminded him, “You haven’t even meet Ako more than twice in a year, why are you still hesitant?”

“It’s not just about Ako,” he smiled painfully, “there’s also Kana and Eru. If we get divorced, then the court will most likely split the right of custody between the two of us.”

“That is correct,” Tanisuke nodded, “Still, according to the sentiment of the family, you can only choose Eru, because the family needs a worthy successor.”

Ako and Yukihiko were still busy with their own matter, so when the police called home, the only one who can pick it up was obviously Eru. Funny enough, since neither of the parents were free, Eru acted as the head of family and take Kana home.

After Kana got home, Eru hasn’t once given her a kind expression, and immediately punish her——forbidden to leave the room even for half a step.

Eru laugh sarcastically, with a humph, “But aren’t you a shut-in in the first place? Then staying in that room for a year should be fine for you, right?”

“You said so, but you can’t really lock me up for a year, right?”

“Is it impossible?”

“I protest! You are restricting my exercise of freedom of movement! This is illegal imprisonment!”

“You’re right, this is imprisonment! Onee-chan would cause problem every time you walk outside! First, you argue with mom and dad, and then you argue with a classmate, which are fine, but this time, it’s armed robbery! What were you thinking! At the very beginning, I was worried sick, what if the police arrest and take Onee-chan away? And then, I thought that maybe you being locked up is a good thing, at least the police didn’t shoot you dead on the spot! If, if the police open fire, then what? What if you’re hit? Era’s shoulder shudder, her eyes completely red, Kana is stunned for some time after hearing that, not knowing what to do.

Very quickly, Eru carry a tray in, but instead of seeing Kana on the bed, she sees her head being completely covered under the blanket. Eru is immediately made aware that she had spoken sternly, as if she is a bother.

Eru put the tray down, and then sit beside Kana, “Onee-chan, it’s lunch.”

“I’m not eating.”

As expected, she’s angry…

“Eat a little.”

“Eru roared at me.²”

“I’m sorry, I was a little harsh, but it’s for your own good, Onee-chan, eat a little.”

“Not eating, Eru yelled at me.”

“Skipping will strain your body.”

“Not eating.”

“Onee-chan, this again, are you a kid?”

Confronted with sulking Onee-chan, Eru doesn’t know if she should be laughing or crying. Kana has used this move countless times ever since they are children, however, she still can’t decide if she is overindulging Kana or not.

“Okay then, I will leave the food here, eat whenever you like,” Eru sigh, being left with no alternative, she stands up to leave.

All of a sudden, her skirt is tugged a little.

“Eru, where are you going?” Kana shows half of her face.

“I need to go to school in the afternoon,” Eru pull at her skirt, face red, she says, “Let go.”

“You can’t go! Your skirt is so short, are you trying to get laid!”

“It’s a group activity! No one is laying on me.”

“You can’t!”

Kana then pounces and holds onto her little sister’s waist. Eru, being caught off guard, fell on the bed. She thought of pushing her away, but she discovered that she was being held on with death grip and wrapped around as if being caught by an octopus.

“Don’t leave me, Eru,” Kana whisper to her ears, her tone carries a sliver of humble begging.

Era’s heart immediately melts, and she reply, “I certainly can’t leave Onee-chan.”

Kana feels somewhat happy. She then asks something, sounding worried, “What if there’s someone who absolutely want to separate us?”

“Then I will definitely come find and take Onee-chan home, ” Eru smile kindly. She personally can’t think of anyone who would do such a senseless thing, and think that it is just a stupid question.

“Nn, I will go fight and take Eru home too,” Kana reply.
