Let’s allocate SKP into the “Smithing★” and “Enchanting★” skills I’ve just obtained.

I paid 50 points to max out “Smithing★” and evolved it into “True Smithing★★★”. I paid 150 more points to get it to max level. Then, I did the same thing for “Enchanting★”, turning it into “True Enchanting★★★” in the process.

Now, I’ve gathered four crafting skills with a “True” modifier. I should be able to synthesize that “???★★★★★” skill!

There’s already SKP allocated to it. Let’s quickly invest the remaining 530. Still, now I only have 2960 SKP left. I need to use them more carefully from now on.

I enchanted my shoes with “Invisibility²“, “Ultra-High Speed”, “Skywalking³“, and “Protective Barrier”. In fact, Honnard hadn’t taught me these enchantments. Still, I knew how to draw them.

Item Master is seriously amazing! …Lord Jizou told me that he couldn’t give me a cheat ability, but I obtained it with my own power, didn’t I? Moreover, it only cost me MP and a few D-Rank magic cores, even though I enchanted them this much.

Normally, just the “Ultra-High Speed” enchantment would apparently require A-Rank magic cores… This was also a perk of Item Master.

Incidentally, “Invisibility” had the effect of turning the wearer invisible⁴.
“Ultra-High Speed” had the effect of making the wearer’s S stat skyrocket to close to 20 times its original value, though only when moving in a straight line.
“Skywalking” made it possible to walk in mid-air.
“Protective Barrier”, as the name implied, erected a barrier. Inside that barrier, my body would be protected from collisions with other airborne objects (like insects).

It looked like the value of my shoes had gone up to national treasure.

I left the royal capital, turned invisible in the forest, deployed the barrier, ascended to the sky with “Skywalking”, and then started running towards the Tria Erial Mountains with “Ultra-High Speed”.

1. The original is 神の領域 (“domain/region of god”). This makes it sound as if he’s becoming a god himself, which I don’t think is the case here, so I changed it to “divine level”.
2. The original is 透明化 (“Transparentization”). I opted for the simpler “Invisibility”.
3. The original is 空中歩遊 (“sky/mid air walk play”). I’m not sure if the 遊 is a typo and should be something else.
