“This should be the fourth round, right?” Thul mused when we immediately went back into the dungeon after everyone had been rejuvenated by the amritas.
“It is,” I confirmed.
“Gotcha. Everyone, Karua pulled out an S-Rank magic core for us, so we got a lot stronger, but… how do we best go about this?” Ruin asked.
“I was wondering the same thing,” Myuri agreed.

Everyone’s attention was on me.

D-Does she want to try fighting that much…?

Oh, that makes sense. In the end, you can also improve your abilities regardless of skills in this world.
For example, if I were to use Secret Sword God Technique to have a sword fight with someone holding the same skill, who is also an expert in the weapon, I would lose.

Karua had reached level 44.

It was easy to level up to this point. I expected their growth to slow, but they would obviously still continue to improve.

The eleventh round. Although they looked a bit tired from doing six rounds without a break, the six of them had continued sending magic beasts to their graves as before. Conserving MP played a particularly big role and they managed to defeat everything except for the C-Rank subspecies with just their swords.

At any rate, the hidden room… still hadn’t turned up. Even though I had searched quite thoroughly. I still hadn’t fiddled with the empty treasure chest, so I would likely try that during the next round.

It looked like a mechanical dragon. No matter how you sliced it, this thing was B-Rank or higher.
