Kanata copied Sakura’s status screen, which she had relayed to him earlier, on a piece of paper, and started to think about how to allocate her points.
Her status screen looked basically the same as his own:

From Kanata’s perspective, though he didn’t tell her that unless it slipped out by accident, Sakura was important to him, and he essentially didn’t want her to fight. Her getting injured was out of the question, and he also didn’t want her to hold a sword.
For that reason, the blatantly support-oriented skill Fýsa Lífdagar seemed quite convenient. Compared to his Stýra Rúm, it even required 1000 less SKP to max out. So, the first thing Kanata told Sakura, was to raise Fýsa Lífdagar to level 2. She agreed and allocated the skill points as he had told her to.
Furthermore, he had her use 170 SKP to max out Swordsmanship, so she could better defend herself. This left her with 380 points.
Kanata then had her invest 140 SKP each into Restoration and Enhancement Magic. As a result, Sakura reached Lv2 in [C(X): True Restoration Magic] and Lv1 in [C(X): True Enhancement Magic]. While she was doing that, she apparently also acquired the skill [Abnormal Dispel Magic].
“I’m… a full-blown supporter, right?”
“Well, I guess.”
“Heh-heh, you can leave the backline to me, then, you know.”
“Yep. Let’s allocate STP next.”
“Alright.”
Kanata had already decided on where to put her STP.
He allocated 100 points each to A, D, and HP, and then 400 points each to W and MP. Of the remaining 700 points, he had her keep 200 and invest 500 into S.
The reason he had her put some points into attack, was for insurance, while the reasons for allocation points to D and HP were the same he used for himself. Kanata did worry for a moment, whether he had her put too many points into W and MP, but when he thought about it, he realized that it shouldn’t cause any issues.
With this, they had reached a good stopping point in managing their status screens.
“That’s about it.”
“Really…? I get why you told me to put so many points into W and MP… but why S?”
“Being quick is important, you know!”
“Well, I guess.”
After that, he explained to her on what basis he had her allocate her points.
“Alright, so that’s why you made S so high.”
“You got it.”
“To think that I’d capitalize on your gamer brain here… At any rate, thank you.”
“You’re welcome,” Kanata told her, stood up, and went to the toilet.
Once she had verified that he was no longer in the room, Sakura started to monologue.
“(It isn’t just his face, after all, how he acts is also cool. Mom and others around us always had weird expectations, since we are childhood friends, but he’s way too good for me, even though I do like him. All I’m good at is studying. Moreover, I’m currently not helpful to him either. Eh-heh-heh, still, I’m happy he said that I’m cute. Though I’m sure it was just flattery.)”
Sakura buried her face in the bed.
“(Hah… I want to see your face. The face of the gentle boy who worries about me, since I cannot see. I’m sorry, Kanata. Somehow… even though I didn’t mean to, I ended up hugging you every night. I hugged you, my childhood friend, even though you didn’t enjoy it… I’m not like that.)”
Additionally, she started rolling left and right on the bed while clutching a pillow. I was precisely then, when Kanata returned from the toilet.
“What are you doing, Sakura?” he asked her, when he saw her rolling around on the bed.
She stopped moving, returned the pillow to the spot where (she assumed) it had originally been, and turned to where Kanata likely was.
“I-I can do whatever I want, you know.”
“Well, I guess that’s true.”
“M-More importantly, we have some free time, so let’s quickly play something. We have nothing to do.”
“Yep, alright.”

TL notes:
For Alim and Mika, abilities on stat screens were generally ordered from strongest (rank or star-wise) to weakest. For whatever reason the author no longer does that for the Yggdrasil cast. For now, I’m using the same order as the original. If you’d prefer me to order them by strength, leave a comment.
Same as last chapter, I replaced “Encourage Life” with something of (hopefully) similar meaning in Old Norse. Alternatives would’ve been Lífdagar Frami (“life advancement/growth/profit”) or replacing Lífdagar with Fjǫr (they both mean “life”).
