Elder Mord wasn’t any better, his hand that held the wine glass trembled slightly and he couldn’t recover from his shock for a long time.

The Dragon God Lake had been swallowed up by that ‘sun’. The moment the ‘sun’ met the lake, the latter instantly turned into nothingness. To be more accurate, it was evaporated by the high temperature and turned into the mist that shrouded the entire academy.

The ‘sun’ then vanished almost instantly, like it had never existed. However, the peak saint-level magic caused an element turbulence on the site… of where the Dragon God Lake used to be. Carter shook his head violently. “Something’s not right. It would take at least a saint-level magic to instantly evaporate the entire Dragon God Lake. I don’t think that little girl is capable of doing so.”

Elder Carter didn’t answer, but took two steps forward and faced the Dragon God Lake, or at least where it used to be. Due to the element turbulence, he was unable to sense anything there.

“May I have the honor of meeting you, senior who came here to transcend your tribulation?”
