“Rakshasa, when did you become deaf and mute?” Yaeger asked solemnly as she withdrew her hands.

It took Rakshasa a moment to process the question before she fell into deep thought.

After about fifteen seconds, Rakshasa picked up her phone and began typing a message, her fingers rapidly tapping the screen as if writing something lengthy.

Yaeger waited in silence. After a while, her phone buzzed. As expected, a new message appeared.

Rakshasa: I got a strange illness when I was eight. After that, I couldn’t hear or talk. Whenever it flares up, I get hot or cold flashes, and I have weird dreams every night. No doctor has been able to help. It’s been like this for almost ten years.

After reading the message, Yaeger asked, “Besides that, have there been any other changes in your body?”

Rakshasa blushed slightly as she understood the question. Despite her hesitation, she decided to send another message, explaining in more detail.

Beep Beep! The phone buzzed again. Yaeger quickly read the new message.

Rakshasa: Changes? I sometimes drool out of nowhere… I can’t control it.

‘Sudden drooling? It’s connected,’ Yaeger thought, biting her lip as she pondered.

When Yaeger scanned Rakshasa’s body earlier, she detected a strange abnormality. It wasn’t something you’d find in an ordinary human.

‘Rakshasa is a Transcendent… No, her body is different from both a Transcendent and an ordinary human. What’s really happening here?’ Yaeger closed her eyes, focusing deeply. She began to sift through her vast medical knowledge, searching for answers to this strange condition.

Meanwhile, Rakshasa watched Yaeger closely, confusion and a touch of insecurity creeping in. She had a feeling that Princess was facing a difficult problem, sensing the unusual atmosphere around her.

Deep down, she feared that she was the cause of this trouble.

‘What on earth is happening?’

Meanwhile, in the game, within the northern fortress of the Jade Empire, Richard and his trusted subordinates stood on the high-ranking platform, gazing solemnly at the massive army approaching from a distance.

The night wind whipped through their capes.

“What do you think?” Richard asked abruptly.

His subordinates exchanged glances upon hearing his question. With the enemy’s army approaching, what else was there to consider? Of course, they would have to fight!

“So, you’re eager for war, aren’t you?” Richard continued, cutting off any response.
“Your Majesty, the Sky Empire is brazenly violating our borders. If we don’t act, the whole world will mock us!” A tall, broad-shouldered officer with a thick black beard spoke with confidence.
“Exactly, Your Majesty!” the rest quickly agreed after his statement.

But before Richard and his reinforcements had come… Fight a war? They hadn’t dared to entertain the thought. They would have been grateful just to hold the northern fortress, praying to their ancestors for survival.

But now, with the strongest Emperor, Richard, present on the battlefield, they saw an opportunity. If war broke out, they could reap the benefits by staying close behind him.

“Have you considered that the old man and I might end up wounding each other?” Richard’s words fell like a bucket of cold water, extinguishing their excitement. The chill in the air was palpable.

Only then did they remember that the Emperor of the Sky Empire was a legendary veteran and formidable powerhouse in his own right! When two titans clash, there would either be a victor, or both would emerge wounded!

If Richard lost, the northern fortress would fall. And even if both sides were injured, the fortress would still be in dire straits. If Richard didn’t win, there would be no benefits for anyone.

“So, gentlemen, do you still want to fight?” Richard asked calmly.

No one spoke. An eerie silence filled the air.

At that moment… “Hahahaha, my little nephew! It’s been ten years since we last met. You’ve grown quite a bit!” A wild, booming laugh echoed from the distance.

All eyes turned to see an elderly man in luxurious robes, floating in the air with a beaming smile. His smile was as broad as a blooming chrysanthemum.

The old man appeared to be around sixty, with gray hair and a rather ordinary face. Yet, his tall frame and bulging muscles radiated vitality.

“Emperor Beta, good to see you’re still alive. Hopefully, I won’t need to send you flowers this time next year.” Richard’s tone was calm, but his clenched fists and blazing eyes betrayed his fighting spirit.

“Hahaha! How considerate, my little nephew! I’ll live for another two centuries!” Emperor Beta’s laughter grew even louder, as if amused by some private joke.

Emperor Beta, the ruler of the Sky Empire, was well over 90 years old but appeared only 60. His immense strength had slowed the aging process.

As the elderly man approached the fortress, Richard maintained a calm exterior, though worry churned inside him.

‘What in the world is this old man planning?’ Richard was clueless about Emperor Beta’s true intentions.

“Emperor Beta, have you brought your army here to declare war on me?” Richard asked as he rose into the air, matching the Emperor’s elevation.

Richard had no desire to engage a legendary powerhouse within the fortress walls—it would only lead to catastrophe.

“Hahaha, my bones are stiff. I just came for a hunt to stretch a bit. You’re overreacting, my little nephew!” Emperor Beta crossed his arms, drawing closer, his grin widening.

Richard’s eyelid twitched in disbelief. ‘Hunt? I’ll hunt your ancestors!’ He wasn’t buying any of it.

“If it’s war you want, war it is!” Richard snapped, unable to discern the old man’s true motives.

Already agitated by the Alicia situation, Richard was further provoked by the old man. His patience snapped as raw power surged through his body, warping the space around him.

A powerful wind swept across the scene.

“Good, good! I’ve been itching for a fight!” Emperor Beta paused midair, his fists clenched, muscles bulging as a powerful aura erupted from him, colliding with Richard’s.

The sky seemed to tear apart as their auras clashed.

“Go to hell, old man!” Richard disappeared in a flash, reappearing in front of Emperor Beta, bringing his fist down with full force.

Richard knew he had to defeat the old man swiftly. Alicia was waiting, and he had to deliver her punishment before the situation spiraled out of control.

“Perfect timing!” Emperor Beta countered with a fierce punch of his own.

Their fists collided with a deafening explosion that shook the very earth beneath them!

While the intense battle raged on one front, developments were occurring elsewhere.

Meanwhile, in a luxury apartment in Roc City…

“I think I’ve figured it out.” Yaeger slowly opened her eyes, speaking softly.
