She claims to be “forever seventeen,” but since she’s been running the shop since the Republic’s founding, her actual age is undoubtedly in the triple digits.

All the cakes at her shop are made from her own recipes, and her skills are so exceptional that some people even travel from abroad just to savor them.
She occasionally goes out to source ingredients or takes trips to relax, and the shop is closed during those times.

She is a rare vampire with high resistance to sunlight and holy attributes; as long as she avoids direct sunlight, she can walk outside even during the day.

“Ingredient Appraisal” is a rare skill that allows her to determine detailed information about ingredients without cooking them.
At Level 7, she can instantly assess not only the taste but also the nutritional value, the presence of toxins, and the optimal cooking temperature.

A vampire employee in charge of preparing light meals at Café May in Sakuranomiya, the capital of the Republic.
In stark contrast to her partner, Satsuki, she has short golden hair and a slender build. Including the blue floral hair ornament she wears, she is a counterpart who stands as an equal to Satsuki.
While her personality is the opposite of Satsuki’s—calm and composed—she also has a mischievous side.

Her skills are specialized in vampire racial abilities and traits. In particular, “Blood Boost” is a rare skill that enhances the abilities of the person she feeds blood to.

Her magical artifact, the Traveling Flower Basket, can be described as the ultimate shelter, blocking all physical attacks, magic, and even natural phenomena while she is inside.
However, once she enters, she cannot leave for all eternity unless someone opens it for her. While inside, the user loses consciousness.
Although it is a very inconvenient artifact to use, she cherishes it as a means to stay with Satsuki even during the day.

Although she shares the Ichinose surname with Satsuki, this seems to serve as a sort of proof of kinship for them.

Unusually for a vampire who is normally sensitive to alcohol, she can hold her liquor exceptionally well and is a heavy drinker. However, she does tend to get a bit rowdy when she drinks.
