Project GB is an official initiative by Re:Library.

A bit to the north of the Starting City Wyndham was the Sacred Mountain Oratoria, the tallest peak of the continent.
It was covered with snow throughout the year, but the caldera lake there somehow never froze over, and amidst it was a floating island holding up a magnificent and ancient city.
That was the Sacred City Oratoria, which housed the head temple of the Yalcha religion during the time of the old empire, and now was the capital of the Holy Kingdom Schwertrot.

In short, it was the destination for many pilgrims.
The only way there was across a bridge over the caldera lake…a bridge with many inscriptions and sculptures based on the Yalcha scriptures.
Even through the many wars of the past, that bridge had remained intact, preserving its cultural and religious value, standing firm with all its glory. It had gained the name of Saint’s Road, and even now there were many pilgrims crossing it, the final stretch of their long trip to the sacred city.
And amongst them…a certain distance from the other pilgrims…walking on unsteady feet, was a short figure.

“Ughh…it hurts…I don’t want to go…I hate this…I want to go homee…”

A voice like the anguish of the damned emanated from within the lowered hood.
Once upon a time it would have rang like the sweet melodious voice of a girl, but now it was hoarse, gloomy, endlessly grumbling and in pain.

“That’s this city’s issue anyway… I went through all that trouble to secure equipment with 50% Holy Resistance…that should negate half of my innate debuff…why do I have to take ticking damage without even being caught in a trap…”

It was almost like a dark gloomy cloud surrounded her, so it made sense that everyone else avoided her and kept their distance.
Her appearance did not help things either.
A suspicious long white robe…a piece of equipment called Pilgrim’s Coat which greatly raised Holy Resistance…and from the few gaps left visible, plenty of other accessories that raised the same resistance could be seen, making her stick out amongst the other travelers.
Eventually…where the floating island began, she was met with a tall sturdy gate, the enormous entrance to the city.

“The Sacred City Oratoria…I really should’ve let someone else do this…”

The suspicious figure stopped there, looking up while mumbling in a dry voice, her eyes within her hood devoid of luster and light, perfectly described like those of a dead fish… a sudden gust of wind passed by, pulling back her hood to reveal her face.

…In an instant, all the people who had been scowling at her and keeping their distance, stared at her in a different way.

That gust of wind, warm for a place so high in a mountain, and perfectly refreshing for travelers who had been on the road for a long time, carried her hair and made it flutter.
That hair…silky smooth, of a pure white color.
Her face, now visible, was that of a young girl, not quite mature but with dangerously attractive features, a balance of beauty that seemed like it could fall apart just by touching it.
Those who watched that happen, would later describe the scene like the arrival of a saintess, thanks to the Pilgrim’s Coat she was wearing.

“Then again…I’m supposed to barter a peace agreement…so it would be uncouth of me to send someone else instead of coming as the leader in person…urghh…”

The name of that young adorable girl who spoke in a peculiar way was Crim Lua Cheia.
The leader of the Lua Cheia United Kingdoms, a country currently designated as an enemy by the Holy Kingdom Schwertrot stationed there in Oratoria, only kept at bay by a delicate truce that could end at any moment…
