It was approaching noon.

“Finally finished.” Mylene leaned back in her chair and stretched lazily. She then turned her head to look out the window at the scenery beyond.

This was the office area of the Ability Management Department. Outside, there was nothing but neatly maintained greenery. There was really nothing worth looking at.

Since Xina had taken Old Man Tian to Mount Kun and had yet to return, Mylene had personally come over today to handle official affairs.

“Lucia’s ambassador?” Taking the letter, Mylene asked in confusion.

“Yes,” the uniformed woman replied.

“I don’t think I have any connection with Lucia. Why would they suddenly send me a letter?”

“The other party specifically requested that it be delivered to the highest-ranking official of the Ability Management Department, so I brought it directly to you, Chief Captain.” The uniformed woman explained.

“Well then, let’s open it and see.” As she spoke, Mylene turned the exquisite envelope over. A cherry-red wax seal was affixed to its surface. She applied a little force to break the seal, then pulled out a sheet of unusually thin and soft paper.

“This is!?” The moment she unfolded it, Mylene couldn’t help exclaiming in shock. It was a challenge letter. But it wasn’t addressed to her.

Outside the Ability Management Department, Mylene waited at the entrance after receiving Yae-hime’s message.

“Mm. Tonight at ten o’clock, we’ll settle this grudge once and for all at Mount Azure Dragon.” Mylene said.

“How confident are you of winning?” Yae-hime asked.

“I honestly don’t know since I’ve never fought them before. Besides, whether the other party is actually Silver Wolf himself is still uncertain.”

“We don’t even know the opponent’s true identity. Going there recklessly is far too risky. How about this? I’ll go with you tonight.” Yae-hime proposed.

“Really!?” Hearing that, Mylene was both shocked and overjoyed, nearly throwing herself into Yae-hime’s arms.
