In the end, Crim and Suzaku lost five times in a row, and after that everyone left the colosseum.
Kou was beyond exhausted by then, and Hijiri worryingly took her to wash off the day’s sweat in the open roof bath, as had become their habit during their stay there.

“Hahhhh…I’m so tired…”
“Ahahah, you really did a lot today, Kou.”

She had spent most of the day skiing, and then trained against those two masters in the night. It really had been a day packed with activity, as Kou realized while leaning back until the warm water covered her shoulders.
That warmth eased her physical exhaustion from skiing, and her mental strain from fighting. It was like it all dissolved into the water as she stretched.

“How are you feeling, Hijiri?”
“I’m doing well, Ayame was really kind when teaching me. At least compared to what you went through.”

Hijiri laughed a bit, while also being somewhat tired.

“There were so many Skills I didn’t really know how to use properly until now, so this helped me get a better idea. Somehow she was really quick to point out all of my issues, and then helped me get over them.”
“I see… We should train together to see all of that too then.”
“Yup, we definitely should!”

As they discussed that…a new person arrived at the open roof bath.

“Heya, so this is where you’ve been hiding, Mitsuki and Furuya. I was looking for you.”

The one who entered was…

“Ah…Haru!”
“You’re also taking a bath here tonight?”
“Mhm, I wanted to do it earlier but it took me a while to comfort Suzaku.”

Her shoulders slumped, showing how exhausted she was from dealing with him, and Kou and Hijiri made some space for her in the bath.
…And as a side note, as she spent most of her days taking lessons in public entertainment, her body was also perfectly toned, her feminine curves clearly delineated for a perfect figure…but by now Kou was already used to such situations, and managed to remain calm without getting flustered or embarrassed.

Kou spoke with a low voice, after all, it was not just Suzaku who had experienced that but she herself.

“But he definitely didn’t give up. He was just really frustrated!”
“Hahah…that’s good then.”

Haru raised a fist in defiance, exaggerating the way Suzaku reacted, which made Kou and Hijiri laugh.
Their conversation wound down a bit after that, all three of them relaxing in the bath, letting time slowly pass by…

“…Ah, they’re all here!”
“Hm? Yukina? And everyone else.”

More people arrived at the open roof bath, quickly breaking the silence. They were the group that always went to the sauna first, Hinagiku, Miyuki, as well as Kasumi and Yukina.
And all of a sudden, all the school girls from Lua Cheia were gathered there.

“You know, those people were really incredible.”

After sinking the water and letting out a long sigh, Kasumi randomly mentioned that.

“To be honest I really believed that Crim was the strongest out there, and that no one could beat her.”
“Ahahah, you really think too highly of me, prez… But there’s always someone out there that’s stronger.”

Kou tried to play off that comment, like it did not matter much…but then Hijiri placed her hand on Kou’s head.

“Kou…are you upset?”

Her whole body twitched, realizing that Hijiri had seen through her.

“I guess I can’t hide anything from you… Yeah, I’m really upset and frustrated. But I’m sure I’ll get a chance for revenge eventually.”
“They’ll all be staying around here for a while, right?”
“Mhm, and they’ll also keep playing DUO until Iris has to go to the hospital.”

Reiji and Satoru had also told them they were always ready to be challenged again.

“We have two months left…two months to learn as much as we can from them.”
“And…it’s all to save that girl?”
“Mhm, we can’t just leave her in a place like that.”

Hearing Yukina’s question, Kou closed her eyes, remembering everything that happened in front of the World Tree Seyfert.

“There’s no way we’ll let this go to a bad ending.”
“Mhm…you’re right. We’ll always make sure everyone ends happily ever after.”
“Yes yes, let’s all work hard so that we can get the happy ending we all want!”

After voicing her determination to the countless stars above, Haru chimed in, and Hijiri encouraged everyone…which resulted in all the girls there raising their fists while cheering loudly.
